There's a loading screen that says something like "you can change armor on any major starship."

Is that only referring to the Normandy and the Cerberus station after the lab escape?  Or is there something I missed?

Maybe some DLC will bring some new starships.

You never go to another major starships.



Those are the only two locations to change appearance.
