So I just finished Grunts loyalty mission, I switch his outfit to the cooler black/orange and I distribute his skill points into Fortification. Then I go and I start Mordin's loyalty mission and I bring Grunt along. After the loading screen and the mission starts I'm prompted to redistribute Grunt's points again only Fortification is locked out again and it says he is not Loyal, even though he is wearing his Loyal Costume. Now I'm really screwed because the Auto Save has updated to Mordins mission and the last save I made was long before I came to Tuchanka.
Has anyone else experienced this glitch before? Is there any easy fix or am I doomed to repeat Grunts loyalty mission along with several systems worth of dreaded planet scanning?

Its been discussed and i'm sure a fix will come as soon as possible. Do you have PC or 360 version? I've never experienced this bug on the 360.

Now that is wierd. Have you tried completing Mordin's loyalty mission and then retrying to do his points?

People have been saying that this has to do with the minigame where you're shooting pyjaks. The common solution that has been brought up is to do the loyalty missions first prior to doing the minigame. However, I've only experienced this problem once (but didn't think much about it). On my other playthroughs, I've always done the minigame before attempting the loyalty missions and haven't had the glitch occur. Depending on the order you did the quests (and possibly the minigame), that could be the cause of this glitch.

I did the mini game before, but when I went to talk to Krogan Scout I accidentally clicked on the mini game and then quit out of it. Is that was what caused the glitch? So if I finish Mordins loyalty mission will that fix it?
So I just checked my saves. 7 hours since my last save. I was scanning planets the whole time. :'(
