The Stone Prisoner

I bought the Collector's Edition of the game last week, and the box included vouchers for the Blood Dragon Armor, the Collector's Edition item pack, and The Stone Prisoner. I'm pretty sure that I redeemed each code as soon as I started the game for the first time, although I ignored it and just got stuck into the main game. Now, looking at my
downloaded content, I see that I have indeed downloaded the Blood Dragon Armor, the Collector's Edition item pack and Warden's Keep (which I paid for myself).

However, The Stone Prisoner DLC is not appearing as something that I have downloaded. So, I tried to enter the
"XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX" code, and it's telling me that I have entered an invalid code. I've tried it three time now, and I have made sure each time that the code was correct (and the little voucher tells me that the code is valid until April 30th), and still no joy. Is it perhaps the case that I did indeed download The Stone Prisoner successfully a week ago when I first bought the game, and that for some reason it's just not showing up as having been downloaded? If so, how do you access The Stone Prisoner DLC? The code is made up of various letters and numbers, and all of the letters appear to be upper-case.

I'm using a dash (-) between each group of four numbers, exactly as it appears on the voucher. It's incredibly frustrating- these are the sorts of things that keep me awake at night. There doesn't even appear to be a way to
download it normally, which I am prepared to do because I am an obsessive-compulsive completionist.

Warden's Keep

In addition, I have already paid to download Warden's Keep, and in the description it tells me to speak to Levi Dryden at my Party Camp in order to access it. However, he's nowhere to be seen! I've definitely paid for this content, because when I go to the "Downloadable Content" part of my inventory, and highlight "Warden's Keep", the word "downloaded" appears in yellow, and yet when I go to my Party's Camp this Levi guy is not there.

Please, somebody... ANYBODY  help me. I'm going insane here, and I am struggling to enjoy the game when I have paid for DLC that I can't seem to access and I also can't redeem The Stone Prisoner code. Thanks.

Your DLC should be available from your download list from the PSN store just like all the other bits and pieces you download, even though the code used was an EA one and from the in game store.

Check your history. If its not there with the others then give EA a bell. If it is it may not have downloaded correctly. Download it again and see if it works teh second time.

I downloaded all the DLC onto my phat from within game and to my slim from the PSN download history.

Thanks for your reply. I had a look at the PSN download history, and, as I thought, I had indeed previously downloaded Warden's Keep. However, there's no history of my having downloaded The Stone Prisoner. I downloaded Warden's Keep again, but the character in the party camp who you're supposed to speak to is still not there. Curiously, there is an entry in the codex called "Downloadable Content" which references the Warden's Keep DLC, and it tells me to speak to the chap in the party camp in order to access it- but he's not there!

My code for The Stone Prisoner is also still not working. It sounds childish, but I'm 26 hours into this fantastic game and all of this nonsense is souring my experience to such an extent that I'm fast losing motivation to continue playing. OK, so the Stone Prisoner DLC was essentially free, but I paid £5.49 (not a huge amount, but still...) for Warden's Keep, and I feel cheated out of my money. Not a good experience, all told.

delete the game data (not save game data!!) and install the game again. DONT do the update, hit cancel and the game should still load. sign in to the ea servers and check your downloadable content again and see if it has picked up wardens keep. Load a save game past lothering and see if levi is in your camp.

If it now works ok you should be able to quit the game and do the update to the game.

Again, thanks for the reply. I contacted EA/BioWare's Technical Support, and this was the conversation that I had with a chap called Shane:

Image IPB Shane: Hi, my name is Shane. How may I help you?
Image IPB : Hi, Shane.
Image IPB Shane: Hello
Image IPB : I have a prepared message, if that'sOK- it's fairly long:
Image IPB Shane: ok
Image IPB Shane: paste it let me check
Image IPB : The Stone Prisoner

I
bought the Collector's Edition of the game last week, and the box
included vouchers for the Blood Dragon Armor, the Collector's Edition
item pack, and The Stone Prisoner. I'm pretty sure that I redeemed each
code as soon as I started the game for the first time, although I

successfully a week ago when I first bought the game, and that for some
reason it's just not showing up as having been downloaded? If so, how
do you access The Stone Prisoner DLC? The code is made up of various

Image IPB Shane: ok
Image IPB :
So, basically, my Stone Prisoner voucher is invalid, and the Warden's
Keep DLC that I have paid for isn't working, because Levi Dryden is not
in my Party Camp.
Image IPB Shane: please provide me your shale code and your E-mail account.
Image IPB : OK- give me a minute
Image IPB Shane: ok
Image IPB : Shale Code: ****-****-****-****
Image IPB Shane: ok
Image IPB : E-mail account: *************@yahoo.co.uk
Image IPB : password: *******
Image IPB Shane: Please be informed that do not provide your password to any one.
Image IPB : thanks- got a touch carried away there
Image IPB Shane: Its taking a little bit long to get this information for you.Would request your to please allow me a minute or so!
Image IPB : I appreciate your help, Shane- take as long as you need.
Image IPB Shane: Thanks
Image IPB Shane:
I've checked your code and found that your code is on your account
only...and still you are not able to see it in the download able
contents??
Image IPB Shane: Might be some of your game save files have been corrupted and causing this issue.!!
Image IPB :
That's correct- the likes of Blood Armor and the Collector's edition
item pack are showing the yellow-text "donloaded" symbol, but there's
nothing in the "Downloadable Content" section for the Shale content.
Image IPB Shane: then you should try deleting all your save game files and then try to load your game and check it again.
Image IPB : Hmmm
Image IPB : I'm 26 hours into the game- would that mean starting again from scratch?
Image IPB Shane: Unfortunately yes, because the files have been corrupted and not working properly.
Image IPB :
OK. In my initial post I also mentioned that the Warden's Keep content,
which I have paid for and downloaded, doesn't seem to be working either
because when I go to the Party Camp, Levi Dryden is not there to talk
to- any idea what might be causing this?
Image IPB Shane: Might be both the issue is due to only the corrupted files!
Image IPB :
I see. Well, that's disappointing. Is there no way that EA/Bioware
would be able to supply me with another code for the Shale content, or
some other kind of access to Warden's Keep?
Image IPB Shane:
Please be informed that after providing the code as well it will not
work, because I can see that both the Shale and Warden's keep are
entitled on your account, but you are not able to see them in the game.
Image IPB : In that case I thank you for your time. I am very disappointed, but it is, of course, not your fault. Good bye.
Image IPB Shane: I understand and sorry for the inconvenience caused to you..
Image IPB Shane: Is there any thing Else,I may assist you with?
Image IPB : No, you've been very helpful. Good bye, Shane.
Image IPB Shane: Thank you for your participation.Have a Nice Time.
Image IPB Shane: Bye!!
Image IPB Shane has disconnected.

So, no Shale DLC and no Warden's Keep DLC (which I had paid for) for me. Total bummer.

don't give up to easily. You have to play through 3 times for the level dependent trophies and start the 6 origin stories for 6 more.

I have played through over 10 times now and just started again!!

loosing your game save may be a kick in the teeth but its worth starting again as Shale has some class one liners.

I deleted my game data (not my save data) and reinstalled on the advice of someone else on another forum, and a message popped up saying that my save data is corrupted and that it has been deleted. I have lost 26 hours of game time. I started a new game as a dwarf, as opposed to a mage the last time, and not only is my Shale download nowhere to be seen (it doesn't even show up as a possible download option), meaning that I can never play through the Shale DLC with this copy of the game, the Warden's Keep DLC, which I paid for, is still not working. It's like a scene out of the ultimate disaster movie.

btw, GulfWarVet, are you British? Some of your vernacular makes me suspect that you are!

English my dear boy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Its a real pain when games go bad, I play on 2 different machines and have had no problems so far with any of the DLC using the same disc. Pity the saves are locked though as I think it has cocked up my uploads to here as I have more than 10 characters, but some share the same name on both consoles.

Maybe its region related as I am UK and from what I see many of those having issues are from the US/Canada.

We slag of SCEE for long delays on PSN content etc but we do seem to get the games tested longer than SCEA due to all the language stuff we have to go through over here.

The games may be out weeks/months later than the US but they do seem to have less issues when we get them.

I'm in Glasgow me old mucker, so no North American-related issues for me. I'm a teacher and only really get to play games for about 1 1/2 hours each day, if I'm lucky, and so for me losing 26 hours of game time is no trivial matter. Added to that the fact that I can't play through the Shale DLC, nor the Warden's Keep DLC that I have paid for, and I am left with a very bad taste in my mouth and a real dent in my motivation to continue playing. Which is a real shame, because before I decided to start playing through the DLC content last night I was having my most enjoyable game-playing experience since Demon's Souls. I enjoyed Mass Effect 2, but Dragon Age is so much more "my kind of game". Perhaps one day, after the sick feeling that I have in the pit of my stomach has subsided, I will decide to give it another go.

defo a regional thing then, it can't understand jockernese!!

Have you got the collectors edition?

I would delete the whole lot from the PS3, game data and save data.

put the disc in and do the initial install and start the game.

Get to the main menu and then quit the game.

Go to the store and re-download again the DLC that is showing there.

Install the DLC via the XMB.

Start the game again and see if you can get levi to appear this time.

If not I would take the disc back to the shop and see if they will swap it.

If the stone prisoner showed up before it must be in your download history as well.
