Like the title says, I've got the quest to hand a series of apprentices their termination notices, but I can't for the life of me find the one in Orzammar.  Can someone at least point me in the right direction here?  For reference, I'm in the third area of the Deep Run or whatever the underground tunnels are called (drawing a blank here).

Edit:  Hmm...went back outside, and he's nowhere in sight.  The remains of my fight with the deserter are there, but no apprentice, and my quest still indicates I need to speak with the guy.
