Hola peeps!
Although I have not yet had the ability to test any mods with Awakening. I thought it would be a good idea for people to start listing those that are, or are not, working. After I have an opportunity to do so myself, I will post them as well. :whistle:

Edit: As of March 19th, these are the working, sort-of-working, and non-working mods members have submitted. The Authors are listed behind each project for props and reference. The sort-of-working mods are listed as such because various members in this forum and others have had mixed results. It is also possible with the S-O-Ws that some functions of the mod carried over when some did not. In respect to the non-working mods some have caused damage to gameplay in Awakening, and others have caused no damage but provided no benefit either. If you liked the mod in DAO, do your research and determine for yourself if it is worth risk (as of course we do with any mods). Lastly, most Charachter Generator additions will carry over with any charachter you import. However, they do not appear within the CharGen in Awakening itself when creating a new PC.

 For what it's worth, the Natural Bodies mod works fine in Awakenings. Not that it makes any difference, since there's no sex scenes

all texture mods should work for awakening so long as those textures appear in game.

Changes in character faces stay the same so no need to worry about that, I'm unaware about everything else though.

Innodil's Pocket Plane does NOT work with the expansion. It breaks the game so that you cannot advance after meeting the familiar Dwarf companion. So if you've got that one installed, disable it before playing Awakening.

I had:



- Natural Bodies

- Personal Annoyance Remover

- Weapon VFX Remover



In addition, there are some mods that sort of work - my character was made with tones from Pineapple Tree's Vibrant Colours, which imported perfectly, but you can't make an Orlesian warden with the broader range of eye-colours/skin tones. (Yet. I assume there'll be an update to the mod sooner or later.) My imported character still had the benefits of the Advanced Quickbar mod, but my companions did not.



I just wish Helm Removal worked!

As was stated above, all texture mods should work. For the most part those are the mods I have installed myself. Here are those that I have found to be functioning and non-functioning in Awakening.

Functioning:
-Most Texture Mods (I have Natural Bodies All-In-One; JB Textures; Don't Worry Be Hairy; Circles Be Gone; and The Icons)
-Deathblows (I am running Lieutenants Plus)
-Nightmare Plus v2.5

Non-Functioning:
-Lock Bash v6e (Xatmos just released v7 today. It is supposed to work with Awakening, but I have not tested it yet.)
-Open Lock Spells v1.4
-The Ivory Tower v1.0 and Nightfall Bloom v1.0 (Arcane Warrior Armor & Arms)
-White Teeth
-No Follower Auto Level

Edit: Oh, and fortunately for me, I seem to have gotten a bit of luck as my Starfang did actually carry over! Not sure what made it do so since I have noticed a great deal of people in various forums complaining that this did not transfer for them.

Enigma Battle Dungeon's items carry over fine, though it messes with the map a little. I didn't try seeing what happens if I use the bugged map to go to Enigma during Awakening, but you can just... not. So do the items from The Stone Prisoner and Return to Ostagar.



Characters who have drunk a respec potion work fine. I didn't try carrying over a respec potion into Awakening, but considering you can buy official ones there, why would you want to?



The items from Tower of Dreams and Hammer & Anvil Inn didn't carry over. Neither did any of the promo DLC stuff, though I wasn't wearing that much of it on anyone by the endgame of Origins.



Innodil's Pocket Plane causes the game to explode if you have it active in Awakening. Warden's Keep causes you to have Power of Blood powers on your character that you can't use and bugs out the sword Vigilance to look like Starfang instead of its own unique appearance.

My helmet hiding mod is broken. I still have the helmet rule book in my inventory from it tho.

WARNING: WARNING.



ADVANCED TACTICS DOES NOT WORK IN AWAKENINGS.



1) It will create "invisawalls" you can't move through that will stop your game dead. DO NOT USE.

2) On top of that, it will prevent your chars from learning new abilities for their tactics scripts.



TURN IT OFF, disable it, it's one of 3 I left active, what a mistake, DISABLE IT.

I noticed that a most of my modded armor imported. However, when I created a new Orlesian warden, NONE of them worked. I have moonwing's works, and just some custom items, including the bloody runic armor.

Well, I said earlier custom items don't import. I don't really know if that's true. I do know the two that didn't and landed me in tighty whities.



I can verify the Shadow Robe, which I was wearing, and the Shadow Staff, which I was holding, from Immodil's Pocket Plane, disappeared when my char save was loaded.



Make sure you're wearing something else when you import. And have another staff, it will be a while before you find a replacement.

Brilliant, thanks for pointing that out. Still waiting for Awakening to unlock here so I'll go update it.

Does anyone know if "More Hairstyles" still works?

The Duncan equipment mod my rogue/duelist had carried over perfectly, stats and all. Along with a few weapons and items. I am heartbroken the Mubari dog = summon slot mod doesn't work either.

So far (emphasis on the so far, I haven't played much of the expansion since I redid some things on the characters I finished the game with), the Shapeshifter Plus mod works just fine. No bugs at all other than the ones you shapechange into Posted Image.

@everyone else included. "No Follower Auto Level" eliminates all skills for your companions. Perhaps many of you do not use these often for your companions, but this will take away your ability to have any new Rogue companions train in lock-picking and the like.
