I'm using More tactic slots per level - fixed for Awakening, which is based on More Tactic Slots per Level.
Works like a charm...

Admiral K, open your AddIns.xml and search for "
Duplicate the whole section (until "") for this mod.
In the copy edit the value of the attribute "ExtendedModuleUID" from "Single Player" to "DAO_PRC_EP_1".
Forgive me if I'm not as computer literate as the next person, but how do I get to the AddIns.xml file? I've looked in my Dragon Age folders, but I haven't run across it yet.

Edit: Also, if any of you would be so kind, please click my referral link below... as of right now, I don't even have enough to win the sleave off of a BioWare shirt (6240 tokens at present). Like most, I'd at least like to walk away with something.

Tell me what helmet you are using and I have a look if I can change the model.MasterFlip89 wrote...
Anyone have any cool helm designs that is full face?
Changing the model is very easy, as Iong as it is a model from the game. I just did it for the stormchaser helmet (which normally is a GW helmet with these funny wings):

After I've finished cursing, I might have a dig around to try to work out how the original author managed to make it character specific, so it can be updated for awakenings.

I think they are called, the robes of the secret order, and the hood of the secret order will xfer into A, if you do not bring them from O you can not enable the mod and get them in inventory in case you wanted to use them for the mages in A. They will bug in the silverite mine, if you are wearing them when you go in you will loose them, and since you can't enable the mod in A they will be gone. What i did was remove them put them in storage, buy some cheap mage stuff and blow through the place, when finished i removed them from storage put them back on and all was well. I have heard that you can keep them in your inventory and retrieve them at the end from the chest by the merchant but i would rather not take any chances, i know my way while a bit more inconvient will safeguard them.
I found the soldiers peak stuff not xfering to be lame at best, but the stone prisoner stuff namely the helm of honnleigh seems to be fine, in xfering and in the silverite mines go figure.
I run the respec mod for O but since you can buy books to respec why bother unless you want to save the 12 gold, but i have never tried to use it anyway in A so i can not say if it even works.
The RTO stuff i did bring to A worked ok but i think Bioware said it would, i did notice though that i was unable to upgrade any of it, Duncans sword at tier 7 becomes usless pretty quick anyway.
That is about all the mods i run except better sex scenes which is irrelevant in A anyway.
I was extremely disappointed in that the DLC stuff i paid extra for would not xfer (soldiers peak) and i still am trying to find someone who can upgrade any of the armor i bring from O, Wade did not seem to work the last time so if anyone knows who to see about upgrading the tier please let me know.

Using this trick, auto unlock chests works, as well the Respec mod (console addon). To get this to work, you need to use the XML technique for both the original Respec (one with the Ravens) and the console addition. It works but with the caveat that it only refunds 2 specializations / 3 (since there were only 2 specs in DAO).
No Follower Autolevel also works for me. You must duplicate the entry in the Addins.XML file and have both the "Single player" and "DAO_PRC_EP_1" entries. If you just have the single player one, your Awakening companions will not have any talents, skills, or attribute points!
Hope that helps.

- Helm of Honleath (from DLC Shale)
- Twinkle (weapons)
- Icindeath (weapons)
- Tarok the heartseeker (weapons)
- The gifts of Andraste (complete equipment for mage)
- Collected books from the Skill Talent Book mod
- Cailan's equipment from DLC Ostagar.
None of these spawns new items in Awakening, unfortunately.
Have anybody found a solution to Innodil's pocket plane yet? That's the one mod (besides Gifts of Andraste for my mage) which was absolutely INDISPENSABLE in Origin. Is there any other storage mod available for Awakening?

Another mod that does not work is the dual wield 2h mod. Really f***s with the new 2h items in the game.
Sorry: Dual wield 2h does work. Woops!

Hey everyone - just thought I should add. Combat tweaks DOES work with awakening, the only problem is you have to have a origins character with combat tweaks active from the START installed before you go through the chargen screen. If you start making your character and give him/her a few talents then install combat tweaks, all talents wil be greyed out. you can still level up and use them, but they no longer provide bonuses (ie: assualt talent, final hit being a crit, wont work, destroyer stacking wont work etc). Also, faster 2h works, improved atmosphere works (thank god!) . Also had the wardens keep problem with vigilance.

To follow-up on CT in Awakening.
Use the optional file "Extended Combat Tweaks EXPTable and Increased Max Enemy Level" that you can download from dragon age nexus located in the 'files' section at
http://www.dragonage...file.php?id=920
Should work fine. Still without the source available yet to modders, the new talents / spells introduced in Awakening will still be way overpowered. Fortunately you can use the optional download tweaks included with CT to compensate for this to some extenet (10-12x more health for enemies anyone?).
