Its already been confirmed that you will have the same team in ME3 as you did in ME2. So this thread is pointless.

Grunt, Mordin, Miranda, Zaeed.  Maybe Thane and Samara; I like Samara's disloyal outfit.

Garrus, Tali, Legion, Grunt, Ashley/Kaiden and Liara are must-haves.

Mordin, Thane and Samara are preferable to return, but they have valid reasons not to return.

Everyone else, I can take 'em or leave 'em.

Well, Ashley is number one on my list to reacquire.

For combat practicality, Grunt and Legion.
Garrus and Tali, because they're veterans from the original team and also, I'm very fond of them.
And finally, Miranda, because she's my favorite ME2 squadmate and my second in command, so I'd like to have her around for missions relating to "command decisions".

Obviously, I'd like to have everyone else, save Samara (we'll get to that in a minute), but I doubt we'll get to have them all, so I had to pick the 5 I wanted most.

If there were no limits, Thane would also be in that collection.

Samara, well, I don't feel anything either way about her presence, so it makes no difference to me if she's there or not.
Mainly, this is just because she's so impassive, every crewmember becomes quite friendly and displays it openly except her.
Heck, when a Geth displays more emotion then someone, that's a bad sign......
