just starting out on my imported warrior, noticed his fatique was obscenely high- 64%. Took all my gear off, turned off my modes, and even with the Powerful talent my base fatique was 19%. Went back and looked at his save in Origins and it was working normally. Unless this is some sort of early game plot circumstance, i'm scratching my head.
