We continue to monitor the server situation, and while today we experienced no load issues, as a preventative measure to keep us ahead of expected traffic for the next couple days I wanted to make you aware of some additional server upgrades this evening.

This is expected to begin at 11pm EST (8pm PST / 4am GMT) when our traffic is at its lowest, and we're marking a 12 hour stretch for it (to 11AM EST / 8AM PST / 4PM GMT), but expect the work will actually be complete much quicker than that.

During this time it is expected that players will see no gameplay impact at all - DA and DLC will continue to run without these connections.

However, the upgrades are aimed at improving the file upload servers and while every effort will be made to maintain these services active throughout the process it is possible that players may see some of the following:
- their game disconnects from the Dragon Age Servers during this time.
- start the game but be unable to connect to the DA Servers.
- unable to upload screenshots (getting storage limit exceeded message) for PC players.
