Do you have to spend a spec point to level up in awakenings?  By that I
mean, can you no longer level up without spending all your points?  I
dont want to spend another spec point yet but Id like to spend the
other points.  I recall being able to do that in DAO b4 the awakening.

in other words. you have to use all your points in order to use any of them?
