I need some tactical help dealing with the reverants at the tomb stones in the forrest! I was able to defeat one but after much trial and error- I normally play the game on normal, but even when dropping to easy I had to reload a few times! any suggestions anyone? Right now im using 2 warrior/rogue/mage

Honestly..I had to come back when I was better equipped. Heals are your friend in those fights.

Yes I'm thinking I'll need another mage- the reverant does massive physical damage and does arc hits for more than 1 person- so my last strategy was to stay at range, force field/heal my tank and blast him down...The problem is he has so much health and is immune to frost. Not to mention he comes paired with archers, warriors and an elite skeleton as well!!

I was about the ask the same question. I was getting so frustrated I was going to set the game to easy from normal only to find out I was on easy. ack! That reverat hits way to hard. However I have been able to freeze him.

i mass paralize and then try to finish off every skeleton. when he exacpes paralization, i try and put him in that spirit cage (that takes him out of the fight, not the one that crushes him). Yes. lots of stunning, pick off the weaker units then go for him. and you should have a heal spell on a mage in that fight

I find Cone of cold to freeze them while I take out the skels works pretty well, although I am playing on "easy" since I found Normal way too much like 'work' back at one of the boss fights, think it was kitty.



My party of choice so far is: Me mage (No specialty) - Alistair, Lelina [sp], Wynne - for an old healer lady she sure does some damage and can resurrect as well which really comes in handy since I take a lot of dirt naps

Well i have successfully killed all of them



Strategy:



Equip 2 melee with bows

1 healer

1 Tank



have the bows take out any minions

have the tank tank the boss

have the healer heal group and force field the tank.



The reverant does little damage if only 1 person attacking him, especially if that person is invulnerable to all damage.

I love how ppl keep calling revenants, `reverants` in this thread. Picture a band of adventurers storming a church to beat up a reverant(spoiler: thats actually a christian priest). Made me chuckle



On topic: those revenants rly do hurt.
