Help! Interior Keep Oghren Bug, Can't Progress?

I'm quite annoyed. I'm 5 minutes in, not impressed with what I've seen, and now I can't even get any further.
Also kind of pissed that my mage didn't have his staff when I imported...

That makes sense actually. In that case it could be similar to the Redcliff by night bug that causes enemies to get stuck, not load or take ages to load.
Then the game would be waiting for you to complete the shriek ambush part before making Oghren interactable.

It's not really a matter of difficulty; it's more of a matter of enemies not being there at all.

I had two addins installed (Pocket Plane and gift-guide). Removing them seems to have resulting in missing NPCs and foes coming to life in the courtyard.
Heh. Game's a lot less empty now. Feels much less disapointing.

Good to know it was just a mod conflicting with the game.

Uninstalled Pocket Plane and the shrieks spawned. Will post back after getting to Oghren
Another conflicting mod, No companions auto level. When meeting the first 2 companions neither had level up options when there were suppose to. thats all I've found so far.
