Hello everybody,

does someone know if it's possible to completly reallocate your skills? (set all your skills to zero but keep your skillpoints)
Maybe there's a spell, item or teacher who/which is capable of doing so?

I want to teach Alastair "two-handed weapon" (like in the cinamatic trailer) instead of "shield and weapon" (which he uses by default)...
--> my own char is already a tank --> so there's no real need for Alastair once I get more companions, which would be a pity.

Hope you can help :)

Nope...Re-Roll your character is the only answer. And having two tanks isn't exactly a bad thing...I have Alastair and my mage both tanking..and I don't have any real problem with that.

Thanks for your fast reply!
So, Alastair and my char will be nearly identical... a pity :(
But no real problem at all: Alastair will just get my used armor and weapons :P

If you really wanted to, you can use the toolset to change his skills/talents/attributes/etc.

If your on the PC download and install the toolset.

Open the toolset and use it to open the .das file in your most recent save. My Documents/Bioware/Characters/(character name) is the default I think, not on my computer right now.

You can change anything and everything about your character and companions. Everything is by ID numbers. You can find what skill/talent/etc goes with what ID in dragon age origins/tools/source, again not sure if that's exactly right but it should be fairly close. The data files are Excel files.
