I've had the game for several months without issues like this. I loaded up my game and after about 10 minutes, all this crazy stuff started happening. I don't know if this is relevant, but it began in Redcliff during the undead assaults, right after the cutscene with the smoke pouring out of the castle.
- There are flickering black dots and lines over all the textures on the screen. ('Flat' things like menus, loading screens, and the rings around character portraits are unaffected, however)
- Particle effects are showing through objects in front of them.
- When I failed to pick a lock, the numbers "2 2 2 2" appear above my character. I accepted a quest and the numbers "15 15" appeared. I'm not in combat or taking damage from anything when this happens.
Resetting the system does not solve it. It happens upon loading up now. I'm going to take some photos tomorrow (I left my camera at work)
This may be related... I was prompted to download some update today, not sure if it was for the game or for the 360 itself.
Has anyone seen anything like this?!
