I uploaded Awakenings onto my Xbox hard drive, then exited when I wanted to play Origins.  Well, it's nowhere to be found, all references to Dragon Age when selected brings up Awakenings.

Now, when I uploaded Awakenings, my hard drive went from 94 GB down to 89 GB so it seems like it didn't overwrite, but I certainly cannot bring it up at all.

Anyone else have this problem?

[edit]  The original game is still on the hard drive but it looks like the title overwrote, so any access to the original game was overwritten.  The only thing I can do with the original game on the hard drive is to move or delete it, so guess I'm deleting Awakenings to play that from the disc  (ick, just love playing from disc trying to hear everything over the 747 sounds of the xbox disc drive).  How disappointing

I deleted both origins and awakenings from the hard drive, reloaded Origins and still cannot play it from the hard drive.  The title still looks for awakenings and asks me to put the origins disc in the drive.   This needs a patch FAST!

:(

No you don't and it really bites.

The only way I found to play from the hard drive is to:

1. Have both games installed on xbox hard drive

2. Start the game you want from disc

3. Once you get to the point you can load a save, go back to the dashboard

4. Start that game from the Hard drive

Somehow the title gets overwritten even though both games are installed. If you initially start with a disc it seems to overwrite that title and you can then start from the HD.

This is the biggles pain in the neck and defeats the whole purpose of saving your discs and play from the Hard Drive (and also play the game without the disc drive noise, which on the xbox is a little like a 747 taking off.....)
