Same problem here. Went back to a save before the drakes and searched everywhere.. found nothing, already killed everything.

Hi

I got all my gears back, your should be able to find the gears(entire set) for each PC on the individual killed dark-spawns.



The remainder of the gears are located at some storage chest near the main door. A man that resemble a qunari, will be there to trade with you in-case your backpack is full.

I only fought 3 experimental whatevers that had the gear for my other characters. Only my main is missing his gear, nothing was in the chest near the NPC by the double doors.

Had the same problem, then doubled back and found my **** on an experimental subject that I am entirely sure I never killed, just sitting there on the floor. This was in the 3 way intersection if that helps anybody.



Oh, and the main stash is next to the merchant on the way out.

I had Velanna, Anders, Nathan, and Myself. First killed one for Velanna's clothes. Then another for Nathan. Then killed two more for Anders and Myself. So your main character's equipment should be the experiments you kill. 2 at the end.

After the first 2 subjects you go into the following room and there are 2 subjects in their one is most likely going to be in the back and the other in your face and the merchant that you talk to before you face the two dragons is where the rest of your gear is, there is a chest on the left next to the door.

When I killed the experiment subjects it was Velanna, Sigron, and then mine then Nathans I think Nathens was the hardest because I couldnt find the last experimental subject only later to find out it was in the same room as my armor was.

Can't find my stuff. Any dev responses, is this a known bug or what?

Well I found Oghren's, Nathaniel's and Velanna's weapons and armor but my Hero's weapons and armor were no where to be found. None of the experimental subjests had my swords or armor and it's wasn't in that last chest either.....................something tells me there is a bug in the game.

I'm experiencing the same problem, I tried almost everything, like going in without equipments however I got all the items in my inventory lost

just want to chime in and state I'm missing my gear too. I can't get past the two dragon thralls with my main character naked.... I tried for ages thinking I was supposed to be naked, LOL

bump for dev eyes and a possible solution from them.

Since it seems im not the only 1, heres what happened to me;

I got out of the cell, I fought against 3 experimentals and recovered the gear for my 3 other characters. Their was NO 4th experimental. I checked every chest, every crate, even the bloody merchant

got all my gear... started with ogren first experimental, second velanna, 2nd mage experimental, and found nate and my main characters armor on the 3rd experimental and 4th experimental, the battle where this happens occurs where there is a fork in the road, gotta wait a few seconds while before you can loot all the enemies you kill in the fork area to recover your 3rd and main guy/gals gear....



the fork area is where when you go left you get to the darkspawn dragon trainer which is another quest (ring) and when you go to the right you head on out to the qunari merchant... dont forget to go to the architects room....

I'm almost positive I looted everything that sparkled next to the 3rd experimental kill (which had my 3rd NPC's stuff) and never found my main's gear.



It seemed to me it should have been in that chest near the exit ... but there was nothing there. (Why else was that chest there?)



I understand your main is unvoiced, but everybody else yells when they see their stuff, you should at least do a line of text that says "hey there's my stuff, too." I was expecting that, and never saw it, and figured it was coming after the other three; but never saw it.

Yep same problem. Encountered only three experimental subjects, for me there was only one at the three-way intersection. And also empty chest near the qunari merchant, so main character gear and main stash lost.
I tried an earlier save (saved @ architect's lab], hit the tunnels again but no change.

I could live without having my hero's gear, but what really bugs me is the main stash that's lost.

EDIT: those of you who lost your gear, had you modified the max backpack size? I have, and that might explain the empty chest at least.

Okay backpack size was the problem, I loaded a save before entering the mines, put the backpack size to normal and all worked.

i had not my mod'd my backpack though i did pick up the two backpacks for sale in keep & it increased mine to 125

Can anyone explain how to do the Architect's puzzle? What the heck are you supposed to do, light all or torches, or what?

I had the same problem. I checked every possible creature and couldn't find my gear. Once I'd beaten the mine I realized that something was wrong. Luckily I had a save just before the dragon thrall fight (since the doors lock permanently afterward) and went back to find my armor on a subect I could have sworn was NOT there before 0.o

The only thing I'm missing is Ser Pounce Alot. I found everybodys gear but he is gone. q-q
