I thought I would share my recent experience with this bug. I had played through previously twice with no issues and then to my surprise on my third play through, my dalish female rogue/archer was nekkid. Now, I knew that some were experiencing a bug with lost gear in the Silverite Mine but I had not payed attention to the details.
My first thought was that my game glitched out due to a number of mod's I had just recently installed - mostly to due with a new body type I had found in the Realistic Look mod. Since I noticed some shading issues with my naked character I started to revert back and see if that would help. It did not.
I then came to this thread to see if the being naked with the the inventory items still present was apart of the bug. After reading through the posts in this thread, I tried some things to see if it would work. I removed my custom dlc armor since that made the most sense to me. However, the bug still occurred - even with wear Awakening only armor and weapons (I subsequently realized that I had dlc weapons in my alternate weapons slots). I then tried unequipping everything and walked in naked to the Architect cut scene which did work. I thought that odd.
Thinking back to my two first play throughs, those characters did not have certain accessories that have been mentioned in this thread. So I tried it with removing my Key to the City - stilled glitched. I tried with removing the Life Giver - still glitched. I tried it removing both and still experienced the glitch.
I then removed Andruil's Blessing, Key to the City, and Life Giver and the glitch DID NOT occur.
**After further testing, the following are a list of equipment configurations and whether or not the bug occurred:
- naked, with Andruil's Blessing, Key to the City and Life Giver equipped -
no bug;- naked, with any one of the three mentioned above equipped -
no bug;- naked, with any two of the three mentioned above equipped -
no bug;
- non dlc armor, dlc weapons, with all three mentioned above equipped -
bug occurred;
- non dlc armor, dlc weapons, with
two of the three equipped -
no bug;
**it turns out that Key to the City and Life Giver cannot be the two together or the bug will happen**
- dlc armor, dlc weapons, all three above accessories equipped -
bug occurred;
- dlc armor, dlc weapons, with any two of the three equipped -
bug occurred;
- dlc armor, dlc weapons, with any one of the three equipped -

- dlc armor, dlc weapons,
with all three accessories removed -
no bug;- dlc armor, non dlc weapons, with all of the three mentioned accessories

So from my experience, it would seem that any dlc related gear reacts badly with a few combinations of the accessories between Andruil's Blessing, Key to the City, or Life Giver. It may be probable that the conflict would occur with combinations including the Spellward and Ring of Ages from Origins.
There also seems to be an exception to the Havest Festival Ring as it did not trigger the bug with any of the other accessories equipped.
It should be noted that I experimented with both official and non official dlc gear. The dlc weapons in question that I was using were Duncan's sword and dagger. The dlc armor I was using was the Forgotten Armor mod.
This bug is so f***ing annoying so I hope my experiences help. I'm sure there are other combinations that will cause this bug to happen. That is what I was able to figure out this play through with the gear I had avaiable.
