i can t get the manual of focus to work. in the inventory it only has the option to inspect, put in junk. It doesnt have the "use" selection that i need. i transfered some of the tomes over and they work just fine, just cant get the manual of focus to work. anyone else having this issue? anyone know how to fix it. btw my platform is 360

Oh, you just have to go to "Potions" on the radial bar and then use it from there

Just bought a "Manual of Focus" from Herren and after using it I noticed that I have one skill point and one talent/spell point more than before. Now I'm wondering whether that might be a bug or not...

Manual of Focus can't be used on party members, only on main character. With party members, "use" tab shows as unselectable.
It gives back as selectable options the talent and skill points you get for free when creating a new character (this can be considered a design bug by purists.. certainly it isn't a sound design choice).
The equipment is removed to avoid problems with prerequisites. Annoying, but necessary I guess.

You can use the manual of focus on everybody, including party members!!!!
You have to go into the potions section as going into the potions on the radial menu for consoles and i don't know what the equivelint is for the computor. Its not like most tomes where you go into your inventory and usable items. And don't worry i only found this by accident when i was going to us a health polute and then saw it there.
