Mmm share a point. Let me look around the forums.
Those threads don't look like he needs to share his point any further.
I will be waiting a little longer for Awakenings seems like it.

Just saying "it's buggy, you suck" is showing disappointment, yes, but it sure as heck isn't productive, and achieves absolutely nothing.
If you want to get through to Bioware, reviewing the game after PLAYING THROUGH IT, and being objective with your judgement is the best way to show disappointment, because they'll actually listen. I'm fine with people having issues with the expansion, but it's best handled in a mature manner. The game is far from a buggy piece of garbage, as some would have people think, but it is not without it's downfalls.
I'm a big supporter of maturity, and being heard by companies by being intelligent and well spoken. Wish it was a more common practice.

Why do i need to state what has already been stated, look at another forum. This is showing distrust in a companys moves and products not a review of the game...DeadlyBlades621 wrote...

Why don't you post what, specifically, you're having problems with? I'm 6 hours in so far and have yet to encounter a bug, and have found it incredibly enjoyable so far. Your rant doesn't really hold much value unless you're willing to let BioWare know what exactly you're finding wrong with the game.
Let see. Since Awakenings using the same engine as DA: O, and they haven't patched the problems from the original, I'd say my specific list of problems with Awakenings can already be found under the numerous topics detailing the bugs with Origins. Oh and yes, there is confirmation of this fact with the dex bug.
The game is buggy because it's the exact same as Origins. Enough said....

Same, I am pretty far into the expansion and have not encountered a single bug. Enjoying it thus far.

Im sorry i have been loyal to you since BG2 but now im questioning you. This stuff is just sad and i know hard core bioware fans will slam me. I just need to put out my dissapointment in a company i loved. Ok let the bioware fanboy slamming begin................
I wont slam you but maybe you can explain why your done with buggy games from bioware. I mean the are EA owned and operated for the most part. Every game period is buggy. I mean there is a lot that goes into making game and even more when putting over a 100 hours of game play and its hard for the testers to find every bug expcially when its a RPG. I mean what can you expect they do have a budget to work with and a time line on which finished product has to be out. Thats why there is patches. There games and all games are patched now a days so what so wrong that got your panties all up in a bunch.

Ok here we go. This is the ps3 version. The game freezes on me ever hour or so. I lost shale who i loved. My dlc items are gone. None of the romances of mine were recognized. All new sqadmates who i dont give a damn about.
Aside from the game freezing, which I assume is just an issue with the PS3, none of these are bugs.

This is a fallacy. Legend of Zelda series. Square Enix. All games virtually bug free.
Perfection is not unreasonable, it's a standard.

Exactly. What the gamers seem to overlook is voice acting. On you tube they interviewed the writer for Dragon Age Origins and he said the voice acting dialog was over 800,000 pages!!! It's near impossible to expect the same variances of dialog from say a Morrigan from one expansion to the next...why? Because Claudia Black has other jobs as an actress as well that she is committed too.
If this game was nothing but vanilla read text dialog it would make it much easier for Bioware to continue the same npcs from one expansion to the next. It's one of the downsides to have full on voiceacting in computer games.

I know you won't listen but while I don't own this yet *no money with 15 day old baby* I have played my friends copy and at about 5 hours in I have expirenced no bugs. Bioware is known for making great games and DAO, DAO:A, ME 1 and 2 are great examples of recent great games by them. Your loss.camcon2100 wrote...

Do you have a reading comprehension problem? I put the all games virtually bug free after Square Enix, which is true. Zelda wasn't my example but someone else brought it up on a different thread so I'll condense this to my own point.
Square Enix. All of their games are virtually bug free. Still think I'm wrong?
