This is a in your face bug, are the Bioware QA people blind?
2. I just lost over 1 hour of gameplay at Silverite Mines when *spoilers)
The experimental subject for my PC didn't turn up. This has happened to some people to. As a result, I'm forced to either reload my savegame 1 hour ago or go through the rest of the game without my PC equipment.
3. Infinite money bug (Smuggler's Run) exist due to conversation loop. Again, a in your face bug.
And lots more.

Man the bug I just ran into is in Wending Forest--- when I got transported and all my equipment was removed, my main character's equipment was not re-acquirable. This has got to be a bug?? Especially since I spent a couple hundred gold outfitting him not 20 minutes before.
I don't know if that's a bug or not ... it was very strange. Well, to discuss the issue in detail, it would require spoilers and we're in the no-spoiler zone.
Suffice to say if there was a creature/place to reacquire the main PC's items ... never found it. just everybody else's (doesn't mean this is a bug, maybe I just didn't look everywhere but I sure tried.)

1) Go to your castle's storage box, leave all loot there
2) buy cheap equipment to take into the mines
3) complete mines quest
4) return to storage box
5) rage at developers selling you a beta

RtO gear does also. It looks like the only real problem is the Blood Dragon armor, and the Warden's Keep stuff. That *includes* the PoB abilities - no carryover.

Seems like Stone Prisoner stuff does carry over. I had some of Shale's crystals with me when I started the game; sold 'em for gold.
The crystals aren't excclusive to the Stone Prisoner DLC. They can be found in the game even without any DLC installed.

This might surprise some people but complex software (including games) come with bugs. If you can't stand bugs, it's probably best to not buy games when they are new.MistySun wrote...
Good God !!!! With all thse bugs/glitches it's a wonder people are actually playing it. Sounds like the whole thing is kaput.

I've played into the game far enough to get the Elf Sorceress, whose name I can't remember. Now whenever a conversation starts, and she's in the party, she is initially covered in a stone texture, like some of the biotics in ME1 would be all ripply blue in the following cutscene if combat ended with them having barrier still activated. Then it goes to another character, and when you see her again she looks normal, but ash is falling off of her, and it continues to for the rest of the cutscene.
My friend Jim says he running into way more than that. It makes me uneasy about future releases. If they plan on making any future expansion packs I'm not going to buy it immediately like I did this one. I'm going to wait until the first patch comes out. Just saying.

While this is true that there will always be bugs some arn't expected to be there and just show incompetence and laziness on the developers part. Some of these would be the merchant next to wade looping her dialouge, the missing equipment in the mine section, and the power of blood. Bugs like these shouldn't be there and its only understandable for minor bugs to get through but for a big company like Bioware its embarassing for their games to have so many easy to find bugs.Ignus Burns wrote...
