I remember reading that they do not stack.

Is this still the case? If so then I'm assuming it is intentional and will never be stackable, due to a hardcap on attack speed I'm guessing?

In other words, is Haste worth getting if I'm doing a Mage/Rogue duo party? Or would it be a waste?

I really don't like the other spells in that line, but if Haste is stackable, I might consider it.

You don't have Precise Striking to counteract the negative effect of using both, so you're probably just going to have to choose one and roll with it. I'd recommend Haste, since it increases more than just attack speed.

I literally just finished a dual-wield rogue playthrough, and I'd say go with Haste and craft a ton of Swift Salves (or have two mages casting Haste). Momentum with either Haste or Swift Salve goes over the attack speed cap (which makes you actually attack slower than with either alone), but haste + swift salve reaches the cap exactly. Of that spell line, I also found Heroic Offense rather useful on occasion, since I had a cunning-based rogue who needed all the attack points she could get.

I believe it's +25% attack speed for each haste or salve, and +30% for Momentum, -10% for precise striking.  The cap is +50%, after which it rolls over so that haste+momentum would give you a net attack speed bonus of only +5% instead of +55%.
