So, I retrieved everyones armor/weapons from the various experiments except for my PC. I ran through the thing twice, and I cannot find out where the experiment wearing my equipment is. Anyone else having this problem?

Yeah, I am playing on PC and had the same problem. The gear I was wearing was easily replaced so it wasn't too big a deal. I did lose two really nice rings though. Next play through I'll strip myself before that part so it doesn't happen again.

Another ghoul is wearing your equipment in the same room as the ghoul who was wearing your last companion's.

The experiment wearing your main's equipment doesn't always spawn.

its in the last battle in an area where there is a fork in the road ("Y")... after you kill everything just press tab to highlight everything that can be picked up after the battle

Still can't find my armor.

Yeah, my gear's lost too. Ghoul didn't spawn.

I lost my gears 2 :"( dam what i going on this suck, i don't know if this is correct but the chest that is next to the qunari trader it suppose to have your gear ?? cause when i open it it's empty....

I was able to get my armor but I hear that it is indeed a bug...check your completed quests to see if it says that everyone's possessions were found..

well i tried everything i could think of i guess i have to live with it for now and buy new gear :'( dam and i had amazing gear we need a hotfix or something......

Can anyone tell me how to do the Architect's puzzle? Are all the torches supposed to be lit or what?

This is an ugly little bug. I too lost everything and had to restart the whole mines, strip my items off, and go in already naked.

Actually, I went in there last and I would've welcomed a complete strip for the rest of the game. I don't like characters in maxed out, burning, sizzling, shining armior- I want them in plain old metal and steel. Problem is if I have better armor available, the stat**** in me equips it. The only thing I could do was remove the helmets since they are all so awkward and hide my extremely manly superbeard.



I was really, really hoping all the gear was lost... but it was not to be, sadly.

gear didn't respawn; had amazing gear and can't find it. Game breaking at this point.

Auto saves are all past where the guy SHOULD spawn.
Have to restart whole game?!

Yeah this bug is brutal, but not being able to get back into the mine at all, so if you miss a quest item or getting some of your gear from the chest or NPCs your just SoL is kinda weak design.

The DLC to get your characters gear back is coming out next week, it'll only be $20, don't worry.

This bug is really annoying. I tried going in naked but what happened instead was that I lost everything in my inventory. I had nothing. I'm thinking of going back to the Vigil, wearing crappy armor and just playing this through so I can progress in this game.



On top of this major annoyance, from the 10 hours I've played, I noticed that this game is a step-down in quality from DA:O.



Not unexpected really; NWN1: Shadows of Undrentide was just as disappointing to me.

This is prepostorous! I do hope they get a hotfix up ASAP, and a way to recover your gear. Im glad I didn't buy it yet, else I'd be seriously mad right now, considering the PC is your heaviest geared char :|

How exactly does a game breaking bug like this make it past testing?



I'm extremely fortunate that I have a save file from before entering the mines.

I had been quicksaving all the way along.

I found my gear on (what I think was) an already dead ghoul. I almost missed it at first.

A side question: I thoroughly explored that dungeon, but I was never able to find the whole suit of that black leather armor there. Is it supposed to all be there?
