Ok so I posted this earlier but with the 184638503828340984 threads it got pushed to like page 37 or something retarded so let me try this again.  I have the DLC and it shows up, it shows up in the quest log, but when Im in teh party camp, I talk to Levi and he asks for help, I tell him I will help him, he says he will mark it on the map. After the conversation I pull up my map and its not there. I go back to talk to him and he says the same thing as before, I check the map again and its not there. Its just a vicious cycle.  I enjoy the game so much I got it for PC and PS3.

Also I got the control rod from the guy for the stone prisoner but I don't know where to go from there. Nothing different shows up on my map? Can someone help please?

This may sound stupid, but you know that Warden's Keep appears on the map as Soldier's Peak, right?

How can we help you? It sounds like a bug. Reload an earlier save, disable the dlc, force a reload, then save again and enable the content.

Yes I know it shows up as that which is normally at the top of the world map. But its just not there. What do you mean force a reload?

It's usually a problem with the authentication. I heard pirates are having the same problem.

In short, the DLC might show up as authorized even though it wasn't successful for some reason. Try reinstalling it, and make sure you redeemed your code and registered the game.

Im not sure wtf is going on. I love playing it on the PC, but I guess I'll just play on my PS3 since they don't want the PC version to work correctly.

Yes of course. I left there, looked at the map, went other places, its all a bunch of ****.

Had the same problem, just delete the "dao_prc_nrx_1" folder from the AddIns folder load up the game, go to the Downloadable Content area then click on the Download Progress tab and Warden's Keep should be listed. Click it and reinstall. Load your game go to the camp and talk to Levi and get the quest and soldiers peak marked on you world map. Worked for me

I just downloaded the "warden's Keep" and it says in the DLC the Required Game Verison is 1.0 in red. I don't see an install or folder or anything /

man i ahve the same problem with the stone prisoner, says he will mark it on map as well but i get nothing on the map. Now im also sick of people saying, are you sure its activated etc? Well of course it is otherwise i wouldnt be able to get him to 'mark it on my map'!!! sorry im just getting really angry because i cant do the stone prisoner quest line or get shale and no response at all from bioware about the problems with these DLC quest giving npc's.

i want to kiss you.  It worked for me as well, but i deleted the stone prisoner folder instead obviously, thank you sooo much lol.

Same problem for me. SP and WK won't show up on my desktop computer no matter what I do (including the reinstalling business), yet it works without any problem on my laptop. Wierd thing is though I can play through the DLC on my laptop, transfer my saves to the desktop and I'll have Shale and WK loot on my characters even though I can't access the areas, so the DLC must be working :/

I have the same problem but i dont even get the quest on my diary, Levi always has the exclamation over his head. I tried the reinstalling stuff, but after deleting "dao_prc_nrx_1" folder from the AddIns it does not appear any longer at "Download Progress" so i donno how i could reinstall it.



Anyway, does anyone know if this fixes starting a new game???

I have a slightly different problem with WK, I accepted the quest and Soldier's Peak did appear on the map. However it is gone now and the journal does not say, that I have spoken to him. But Anyway he isn't in the camp any more, beacause he has probably already gone there. So I can't possibly do the WK Quest unless I could get this guy back to my camp.

Had the same problem with my Warden Keep as the OP.

Having looked at my dao_prc_nrx_1 folder I noticed it's size was much smaller then it should be( should be around 306MB). I remember I had my DLC download stopped at some point but it then continued but seems like it didn't download everything.

So I did what someone earlier mentioned and deleted dao_prc_nrx_1 and went back into the game and the downloadable content part. But there I couldn't redownload it or atleast I didn't figure how to do it.

The worrying part was that the Warden Keep appeared again as 'available content' but nothing appeared on the 'download progress' either! Atleast it aknowledged that I have bought it if I clicked on 'Buy'. It also told me to look into my Journal or 'the 'Downloadable Content' in the Main Menu (which I was doing, duh!) to start the download. Well needless to say the Journal didn't have the quest and the download did'nt appear to start.

Well luckily I have mate who also has Wardens Keep and he brought me the dao_prc_nrx_1 folder in a memory stick and put that into the AddIns folder. And voila it works now.

So basically something has gone wrong during your content download and the system is so bad at the moment that you can't re-install it properly (or I again, maybe I'm just dumb).

Anyway the system needs some polish.

I uninstalled my game again and reinstalled and it downloaded them correctly this time. However I have found that on all my current characters it does not work but on my new character I just made I now have the quests.... so apparantly to do it I will have to start over

I just got this problem, I'm pretty far in and I have stored a lot of stuff in the chest up there. Suddently when I loaded the game my main char didnt have any helmet on ad wynne was out a staff. I thought this was pretty wierd and checked the map, and there the soldiers peek was gone. I tried traveling around and stuff but it never got back. Just tried the fix but it won't let me install wardens keep again. Its just on the buy list. Luckily it knows I bought it.
Please help
I dont want to loose all the stuff I have up in that chest. I practically saved all the unique stuff up there.
P.S. I tried loading a previous save and it was back on there. but this doesnt help me since I dont want to redo all my sidequests again.....

Deactivate the DLC, load your save, run around for a few mins in camp, save, reactivate DLC, load game. Should work, as I've had the same issue with mods before.

This realy sucks, have tryed alot of the things mentioned, but nothing works.. why havent bioware made a fix or announced that they are working on one...

finaly after several hours browsing the forums i might have found a solution. if u cant play wk for some reason delete the folder previously mentioned AND clear download cache In the Configure tool..

did that now and im downloading wk again. and hoping i might be able to play it this time

It's unfortunate but the newer pirated versions have all the DLC working and no auth issues  EA, please remove the auth system in the future!  What ends up happening is people get turned off by the nonsense and just pirate, it's so easy.
