Ok, before anyone assumes that I haven't tried everything on the prevalent topics, I have. I bought the Collectors Edition of Dragon Age Origins two days ago as well as Dragon Age Awakening. They installed fine and all registered successfully on the website, however "The Stone Prisoner" DLC just will not authorize properly, it downloaded properly, but in the Installed addon tab it says "(Unauthorized)". Funny thing is that if I wait enough, the game will realize that I DO infact own the game and authorize however, I am unable to access the content because when I try to start the quest, it tells me that the DLC has finished downloading and I need to restart to install even though it downloaded and installed correctly during the first run. What's even worse is that when I restart the game, it resets and tells me it's "(Unauthorized)" again! . I even bought the other two DLC's they downloaded successfully AND authorized successfully as well as being actually playable! I've been forum jumping for a day now and I am starting to get annoyed.
Keep in mind that I have pretty much tried everything about this issue on the reccomended topics on this forum and others so please do not ask stupid questions. (That includes whether I am logged in, have the service started, whether I have tried deleting the DLC and re-downloading/installing, whether the ports for Dragon Age are indeed open and if I have deleted the offers.xml in the settings folder under C;\\Users\\(Username)\\My Documents\\Dragon Age\\.

Ok, I found a fix thanks to Darkbeer's post in "Redeemed DLC Unofficial Troubleshooting and FAQ (PC Only)", and if this fix was not his idea, then I give my extra thanks to whoever did. What you need to do is go into Documents Dragon Age Folder (C:\\\\Documents and Settings\\\\(Username)\\\\Dragon Age for XP, C:\\\\Users\\\\(Username)\\\\Dragon Age for Win7 I don't know what it is for Vista) then go into the settings folder and delete the "manifest.xml" file from the folder. I have no guarantee this will work for everyone, but it fixed mine and Darkbeer's problem.
EDIT:
Turns out it was on the OP anyway XD thanks to all who mentioned this fix

Should I try deleting this file as well?
I have a similar problem, I downloaded both Shale and Blood Dragon Armor fine in the Download Progress.
However its been over an hour and it has not installed yet just sits in that download tab. Do i need to activate anything to get this going or wait?
Thank you in advance.

You have to actually right click on the DLC in the downloads tab and tell it to start downloading. If it starts downloading but doesn't complete, you'll have to go to your program files and go to:
Dragon Age > bin_ship > DAOriginsConfig
Once you open it, look on the left and click on "repair" and then look for the bottom button that'll say "Clear Download Cache". Click on that and try to download again.

If you're having problems with DLC being unauthorized even with the service running, it may be a problem with the My Documents\\Bioware\\Dragon Age\\settings\\profile.dap file, which is where the authorization is stored. Make sure its writable, and you might try renaming it and forcing the game to regenerate it when you log in. Achievements are also stored in this file, but if they've been uploaded to the social site the game will redownload them, but this is why I don't recommended deleting the old file until you're sure the new one is working.
