Awakenings Bugs List (Everyone add for Biowares sake)

1) They come from beneath: I'm on the second part of clearing under the
keep, and I've cleared everything down there, but the quest doesn't
update or move on. Is there something special I'm supposed to do here?
I killed the wraith and everything. Theres a passage part where it show I
can click to move to a different section, but it says something like
"No reason to go this way".
2) The wraiths vengence: I killed it
and it says it now inhabits an ogres body, but I can't find it anywhere
down there. I killed the ogre before making it to the wraith battle, is
it bugged out now?
3) Velenna's Joining: I can't talk to the
seachal guy to do her joining. The only option I have is to "Go to war
and convene the council" But I went to him as soon as I was able after
she joined by party. Too late or something?
4) My equipment was gone even after clearing the entire mine area. I was able to get all my companions missing armor, but mine was nowhere to be found. I ran through it 4 times with tab, searching everywhere. The "experiment" with my armor/weapons never showed.
Alright guys, keep adding, so that Bioware will release a speedy and comprehensive patch.

2) You should have killed another *boss* level ogre after the wraith battle, and a few seconds after you kill him a possessed ogre fights you (thats the wraith) so unless this didn't happen its not a bug.
3) havnt gotten to this part
4) when you get your third companions armor there should have been two "test subjects" that attacked you, one with your gear and the other with your companion, go back and check the corpses.

In Amaranthine, when chasing the suspicious looking do NOT go up to the battlements. Once you get to the front of the castle, there are enemies on the ground below you, but you can't reach them. Nor can you exit out of the door you came in because you automatically draw your weapons, and won't put them away while your character senses enemies.

I asked Wade to make armor for my soldiers and now I can't turn in 'Heart of the Forest' after getting the sylvanwood from the WW.

Got +100 approval but she stays at neutral and that made it impossible to raise her approval (to get care, warm, etc.)Had to load an earlier save.

I saw two other people in a thread yesterday that had this very same problem. It was because of a mod, though I don't remember which one. Try the search function.AuroraMoria wrote...
Even though I can get through the game alright, -all- hostile mobs just stand there and I can't initiate combat with them no matter what I do, but I can kill most with the runscript killallhostiles command. I removed most of my mods and uninstalled all the conflicting ones, even reinstalled Awakening. Nothing worked to solve the problem.

I've already uninstalled my mods and the combat AI is still messed up for me. I even used the runscript ai on command. It got it to work for a second, then stopped again.

(with no way to progress) if you backtrack to the forest entrance after completing Any advanced steps--I.e. after fighting Velanna's sylvans but before talking to her.
This forced reloads for both me and my fiancé.

This is what happened to me. I talked to the smuggler dude who told me to talk to bartender, on the way to bartender i talk to the guard captain and tells me to help him, so i chase smugglers around and kill them around the city. This seems to break it completely, so now the Guards are mad at me and won't talk to me but the smugglers still attack me when i go talk to the guy who told me to talk to the bartender. So i kill that smuggler and take his key and open the door and go into the dock area underneath. The smuggler leader attacks me because i helped the guard... but when i kill him i can't talk to the guard captain because he still hates me for helping the smugglers. Thus the questline never completes and is stuck.

This it is really damn annoying. The helmet has the right skin but all the others don't. Apparently it shows up just fine on dwarf characters though.NvVanity wrote...
Sentinel armor on 360/PS3 shows up with the wrong skin.

On some of the random encounters, the map is greyed out. It looks like no information is being fed, there's just my yellow dot and in the direction I'm looking at, a grey triangle.
Graphic wise, I really wish my shield would stop going on backwards. It's distracting.
Some party buffs aren't showing up. I have Anders with Cleansing Aura on. While it works as our health is replenished, it doesn't show up under status effects. If I switch to Anders as the controlled character, the little icon above his quick spells is shown, but for every other character, it isn't. I tried this with Velenna and my mage PC as well, to the same end.
Some of my codex entries are bugged out (and are we supposed to have two for Oghren? Wat).

My codex says Isolde gave her life for Connor. I've always done the Fade route - first, to get the book and also because I don't want that horrible wench to get a heroic death.
While my power of blood abilities are on the bar, they don't work. For some reason, my Shale gear did transfer over (ring/helm and something else...) None of the other dlc stuff did. (I tested it after hearing you'd get the stats from, say, the harvest ring.)
What I got back in my back after Silverlite was questionable, but I understand they're aware of this. Nathaniel reacts oddly to Delilah's letter 'I've always wanted one of those!
Small stuff, for the most part.

Let's see...as far as bugs go the biggest one I can think of it Sigrun's personal quest.
Also, after I ran into the Dalish and got back to the Keep I had the option of answering yes or no to a question I figured Velanna was asking but her dialogue didn't play and the subtitle didn't display. I picked no and since the question was apparently was I curious about her exile, I lost ten approval and had to go back to an earlier save to complete her quest. And throughout the entire conversatoin afterwards, though you could hear what she was saying, she was invisible.
Sometimes when you give gifts they only give you one or two approval points even if they are gifts that you know they should approve of a lot more (Velanna gave me plus three for her sister's trinket once and usually I get a lot more, for instance). Not to mention the buggy +100 you can get at the strangest times which doesn't give you the stats boosts and can mess up dialogues and quests. I've had Sigrun get to +100 after no one else wanted the Spyglass so I offered it to her and Justice getting to +100 after both giving him Kristoff's locket and just accepting him as part of my party.
