-it's stupid but the game forces you to go to blackmarsh last if you want both sigrun and velanna to join. Kristoff (Justice) obviously doesn't need to perform the Joining and there is no chance to initiate the Joining if all 3 main quests are completed.
-missing equipment in Silverite mines which can be avoided by reloading and/or equipping something else just before being put to sleep. You'll know if it's bugged by being naked/dressed in clothing after you awake. If you're naked,it's bugged and there won't be a 4th experimental subject with your equipment. I got that and also had some equipment left in my inventory. Solved it by reloading and equipping something else. If you're in clothing like the others, no problem, then you're stripped properly and shouldn't have anything in your inventory.
-ogre killing slow-motion animation bugged, the ogre falls to one side and bleeds, but my dual-wield rogue is on the other side of the screen facing in the opposite direction while performing the killing blow
-stealing bugged, it says success but doesn't give anything
-Sigrun's personal quest missed (I got her last) and approval +100 jump for just one gift or conversation, remains neutral with 100 approval and has no loyalty skills
-Oghren's approval starts at +6 per gift
-never completed the Blackblade set, got helm and cuirass at Silverite mines
-after killing the Withered, my main char had his hands stuck in a very unusual position during the meeting with Alistair and the Joining until I had the chance to switch weapons
-approval bugged in general, warm at +100, or love at +100 even when having a conversation about friendship with Nathaniel and Anders
-the model of the Vigilance is like Maric's sword, the Tome of Knowledge shows another model.
-didn't even talk to the smuggler so I didn't have any problems with the smuggled goods quest, knew about the problems with that one before I got the game
-told the Captain to kill the Disciple messenger after we defended Amaranthine but the epilogue said the messenger lived
-chose to protect everything but the Captain always said in his reports only the city is defended. Got the correct ending in the epilogue,though.

Heck, if you're going to put weapon runes in the armor category, why isn't there a Silverlite (anti-darkspawn) rune for armor that "weakens" darkspawn (or undead) like some of the swords say they do? That would be a good addition to the few armor runes you have available!

Rather weird to say the least.
When I load a different savegame (with a different character) from earlier in the story, Shale looks just fine though. ^.~
I think it has something to do with loading that particular save. I had the exact same thing happen to me when I loaded my final save on 1.02a.
Also I totally agree with you about items not transferring to Awakenings, especially from the DLC we paid for. A perfect case of Defective By Design.

But i have very very MAJOR problem in Awakening(i just can't play it)
I tryed to reinstall both DA:O and Awakening,and it's same.
Problem itself,are those stupid freezes,and only CTRL+ALT+DEL helps.
I tryed both:Making new character or importing character from original DA:O.
Sometimes,i can get to Ogre and then game freezes(music remains,image freezes...nothing happens)...or i can get lucky and get to the tower,and then same problem of course...a freeze.
Ah and yes,my specs:
Asus P7P55-M motherboard
Corei3 2.99ghz
2 GB ram(1166 ghz i think)DD3
GeForce 9800 gt(1 gb memory)
Windows 7 64-bit
Well that's only glitch i found for now(since i can't play actual game)

Did not exist before Awakening (1.03), used to be able to run well on high settings/2xAA/1920x1080 resolution. Currently unplayable with this bug.

However, now I've run into the runecrafting bug: cold iron masterpiece and paragon runes switch to armor.
Also,now I'm playing a mage and haven't run into the ogre killing animation bug, my NPC's perform it properly

I asked Wade to make armor for my soldiers and now I can't turn in 'Heart of the Forest' after getting the sylvanwood from the WW.
I've returned from Wending Wood and can't turn in either of these quests. The NPC's above only make their usual comments without any direct interaction at all. (BTW, I did not pay the dwarf, but told him to make do with what he had.)
In addition, Velanna (I guess that's her ~ the elf mage who was killing people in WW) had no option to join my group. I chose the "Let me help" dialog and our interaction simply ended, and she was gone.
There is no way that I have found to reset the Circle of Stones in WW if you make a mistake.

While giving no conversation, or story clues about what or where I was supposed to be going. Fortunately the journal entry appeared to be correct. But it still would've been nice to hear what she had to say. And after completing the quest same deal, nothing happened she just cried. But the pop up message said quest completed. This was on xbox 360.
Same issue here, on PC.

- +100 Approval bug upon recruitment. My first playthrough Justice, Velanna and Sigrun all got this bug; despite reloading to a prior save it happened every time. They were on 'Neutral' regardless and their 'Inspired' stats were not shown amongst their talents. NOTE: On my second playthrough only Justice got the +100 bug.
- +6 per gift for Oghren. Scarcely managed to scrape up the points for his personal quest with thanks to dialogue options.
- Joining bug where the last recruited comrade cannot undergo their Joining as we're forced to fight. I'm not sure if this is a bug or intentional. First playthrough I recruited Sigrun last and she didn't undergo Joining; second playthrough I decided to go for Justice last as he did not need to undergo Joining. Despite the +100 bug (fortunately only with him this time around) I managed to do his personal quest and just ignored Varel until I was good and ready.

In Wending Woods - I was still working through the first section when the game froze up for a few seconds. When it unfroze I was put into the cut scene with Velanna at the elf camp. I reloaded from a save and was able to complete all of Wending Woods without a problem. This is a similar glitch I had starting the game in Vigils Keep where I was put right into the cut scene with The Withering and skipped past the whole section with Anders and Oghren.
The next bug I think is much more of a game killer - In Silverite Mines I was able to kill 3 of the experiments and get the gear back for all of my companions. However, there was no 4th experiment and I lost all the gear that my character was wearing. I tried reloading to both of the auto saves before the area where the 3rd and 4th experiments are supposed to be, and still no 4th experiment to kill, so my gear was just gone. I checked the chest up by the merchant hoping it would be there, but that was empty. Not surprising since all my regular inventory (potions and extra gear which I think was supposed to be in that chest) was still in my backpacks when I broke out of the prison.
Going to reload at my Wending Woods save again and try and play through Silverite Mines again and see if it's just a glitch. If not I guess I will reload and strip naked before I enter the mines. Hate to lose all that gear.
