You can't see it in the screenshot but if you look closely while moving the camera you can see a glossy sheen indicating that the panties are sewn of silk or satin.

They are definately panties. Clearly not a "void in the programming". Not really even related to the programming as it is a character model, and seeing as models are created without armor they would not make a character model and leave out a section of it. gg.

No I don't like 2560x1600. Most games do not have a UI designed for the resolution, and judging from that picture, Dragon Age is one of them.
NWN2 was also a game not designed for larger resolutions but mods were available to resize the UI.
Considering that all major media is produced for 1920 resolution these days, it's hard not to end up with things looking clownish at 2560x1600. Enjoy your 30" display while you can, it'll be a fossil soon. With LG being the only worldwide supplier of IPS 0.251mm panels, support will drop off fast when the market dries up.
