What is it with the link? I only get to the Bazaar site of DAO.
As for my ideas of how a romance pack could be included:
- Further Dialogue with the LI: Talk about things like plans for the future of the relationship. The choices you would make should be saved and play a role in ME3. As for a bit extreme example: Miranda talks about having children, You say: "I would like that" => ME3 comes out => you import your shepard => Miranda is pregnant/has a baby. (I know quite extreme, but it's the only good example I could think off this quickly)
- Date Event: I am all in for something like that, but it should definitely be as a part of series of missions. Use it as a kind of reward: "When this is over commander, I will buy you dinner!"
- LI plays Damsel in Distress: Nah, I already have enough of that with a certain princess... poor Mario...
Besides, most of this women/men can actually REALLY take care of their own. Imagine Jack being kidnapped... poor kidnappers
- Things from Shepards past: THIS would be awesome, but it would also bloat up the DLC like a space whale on helium! They would have to record custom dialogue for every background-combination from the original game, for every love interest, both female and male. But still, if you chose spacer-background you could have the opportunity of meeting the PARENTS! Muahahaha. Awesome.
- things from the LI past: Could be interesting. And there are definitely possibilites.
- Same sex relationships: I don't want to offend anyone, but I don't think that they would consider this. ME1 established Shepard as a heterosexual/xenophil person. Adding homosexual tendencies in ME2 would just mess everything up that is set for ME3 and would prolong the development time for the game. DO NOT WANT! Oh and Asari don't count, cause they are monosexual, and it only does make sense, that - given their biology - they would look like females. Otherwise you'd have Anorld Schwarzenegger in JUNIOR. DO NOT WANT, too!
- custom armor piece/weapon depending on who you romance: Would be a good incendiary for people who didn't start the romance subplots

As for bisexuality, I agree. This exists. Still, they took this deliberately out of ME1. Adding it in again in ME2 woul be (see above)
EDIT:
BTW I didn't meant to say, that I don't want same-sex romances. I don't want a delayed ME3.

No, it wouldn't.
Because no character's sexuality has ever truly been defined.
Check out the SSR thread for further discussion.

When you say Shepard is a xenophil, are you saying that Shepard has a fear of aliens? Or the definition of Xenophily (and I had to look it up), that Shepard has a love of human beings? Or are you saying Shepard is a Xenophile which would mean he has a love of foriegn things?
Please clarify...
(forgot) I vote yes for a romance pack!

EDIT: I just looked Xenophilia up. I didn't know, that it is used in reality. It means "love of foreign cultures". I just put philia and xenos together. Xenos means "strange/alien". It's an adjective in ancient greek. What I wanted to say with this is: Shepard (male or female) can be played as a person who feels attracted to aliens in the first game (Liara)

Oh yes, bi-sexuality certainly exists.
In my younger days I dated a number of bi-sexual girls, - I mentioned sex, and they said "bye".
Vote yes for a romance pack.
