Well I don't think, that Bioware is going to discuss any of same sex-relationships, since they took them out of ME1 DELIBERATELY! And as I said: per definitionem of their sexuality Asari don't really count as females, which doesn't mean that I go after Liara with my FemShep. I find Asari sexuality too weird.
Pardon the noober question (Very new to the forum) but: They did WHAT? And DOA was different, how? Why did they take those options out? And who would have been a both ways LI?
A romance pack? HELL, YEAH!

Shepard had same sex lines recorded for the Ashley and Kaidan romances. According to one developer those same sex romance wasn't in ME1 because of time restraints.Persephone wrote...

Heh, I still got some vibes in that direction from those two. I.E. Fem Shep's sultry way of saying "Dismissed....chief."

Ah yes, "romance dlc pack" - The idea that this would be a good investment of time to appease sexually frustrated teens, we have dismissed that claim.

If a romance pack is released, I want to see a quest involving your LI in which you act like a couple outside of the Normandy. I liked it in DA:O, that even outside of camp, others acknowleged that you and another party member were in a relationship, you even had the option to kiss them. Also more dialogue should be availiable after the romance's climax, it seems all you can do is lay with them and share a drink in your quarters, there is no talk whatsoever, no comm traffic at all... just goes dead. If you're in a romance, you should have special dialogue still availiable after the climax. Not hit it, and have them permenantly shutup, though I know people who would just love that, am I right fellas? Anyway, in DA:O, even after you sleep with your LI, you still have special dialougue afterward, and that's what I want to see in a Romance Pack for ME2, that and more Romance options, getting blue balled by Samara was not fun, I want to see that relationship reach fruition before ME3.

No, it will just say whatever person of the opposite sex is with you, other than kasumi, zaeed, and legion IIRC.cbutz wrote...
If it helps, one advertisement in the Citadel recognizes that you have a LI.

True enough, it should be worth the buy and with all the rumors circulating after that interview, a romance pack is to be expected at this point, or perhaps its just wishful thinking.DOYOURLABS wrote...
If there is a romance pack, I'm hoping it has some sort of mission aspect to it, because I don't want a "here pay 2 bucks and you get to bang more aliens" sort of thing.

It just kinda seems like a waist. Why not get a post collector mission dlc, that progreses the stroy between ME2 and 3, and in this dlc theres more dialoge offered after each mission in the dlc with your teamates as well as your romance. I would be very happy with more interaction with everybody including the LI.

THIS.
I want something that continues the story after the suicide mission.... leading toward ME3. Of course, I would want more dialogue with Ash to be part of it.

I'm not excited about a romance pack... but if they were tricksy enough to create the kind of sensation that has become JacobTaylor again.. then who knows.

I'd have to agree with PoliteAssassin.. it wasn't cos of time restraints that a MaleShep/Kaiden romfest didn't make it in...PoliteAssasin wrote...
