This has been bugging me for months. Any way to disable the glowing circle?

It's not the glowing circle but rather the sound it makes whenever one of your party mates enters the area of effect that bothers me. It's annoying and distracting enough to probably warrant an official fix in later patches.

For the life of me, I can't figure out why anyone would have thought that this was a good idea to include in the game to start with.
I can picture one of programmers at his desk, drunk, throwing up the horns after he finished this animation and yelling "WOOoooo, yeah!"

The glowing circle doesn't bother me so much as the yellow 'drip' effect that the buff confers upon those within it. It means that Loghain always glows yellow during the climactic Landsmeet execution scene.
