I have this game on Steam and have reported the problem to Valve, but I want to make sure others are having this problem:
I select the Mass Effect 2 Loader to run, then click on the Configure button. It displays the utility, and while it loads, I get an error message from Windows saying that it stopped working. It'll load halfway through and just stop, displaying the message, with my only option being to close the program.
Does anyone have, or has had, this problem?

Have you tried just re-opening it? I've run into this problem before but I've always been able to re-open the config utility just fine after the error message. If anything it only happens after the first install (which is pretty weird) since I've installed the game twice (I had to reformat my HDD to go from 32-bit to 64-bit).

I've tried re-opening it several times, and it leads to the same problem over and over again.
EDIT: Problem has been fixed. For some reason, if I tried to access it through Steam, it would not load. I've tried opening it manually through file searching and was able to successfully load the program.
