Yes. They're not part of the EU. Some shops (online as well) there got the game on Monday, I gather.

Norway isn't in EU either... But while down town just now I noticed every store that sell games had Awakening... When even the smallest store a town in northern Norway have the game, why not steam? >.<

It's ok to have mistakes, I can understand that... but to ignore us broke the trust.
