DAO and DA Awakening each have their own patch on PS3. It would go DA, patch, DA Awakening, patch. I hope this helps and clarifies your question above.

Also, you have to start a new game from DAO because you cannot transport any previously saved characters who played through Warden's Keep once it is removed.

Yea.. I got the same information from a friend of mine, who just might have read your post to get it. What I just don't get is why in the hell we are being forced to redo a new game WITHOUT doing Warden's Keep JUST to wear our fine and proud Sentinel Armor which I personally have spent weeks perfecting and transitioning into Awakening.

Bioware stated that at the moment they were unable to fix the bug with a patch. I wonder if or when there will be one. If not, then I suppose it is bye bye Awakening. :pinched:

EDIT: And with Bioware staying completely absent from the PS3 forums, I am more than likely just talking to myself (and perhaps what few souls are left to even visit this section of the forums)

I got to wear it in my game with a dwarf. I'm not sure if it is just a bug for human or humans and elfs. I do know if you want to wear the armor and have Warden's Keep installed play a dwarf and there is no bug issue.

As much as that WOULD solve the problem, I am a roleplayer who wishes his human to wear it. It's that serious.

So guys I am about to beat awakening and just found out about this bug problem. I'm just wondering if I have to uninstall Warden's Keep even though my character came over with the abilities from Warden's Keep even though I'm about to beat the game. So can I just delete it now and reinstall it again to keep the DLC without the bug or can I not do that. BTW I'm playing the ultimate edition on the console. Thanks!

Bioware sucks for not fixing this issue. I loved Dragon Age: Origins and was loving Awakening.. until this, why bother creating amazing "looking" armour sets if you won't fix silly bugs like this.

Disappointed in you. Let down. To summarise: Bioware sucks.

And I don't much care for having to uninstall the entire of my game data on the PS3, thus rendering all of my old save games useless. This is no "fix" and no one should even entertain that idea.

Why haven't you fixed this? and no xbox live max update size crap. If that is so, just fix it for PS3. We bought a product, and that product is FAULTY! I will never buy a Bioware game again until this is fixed.

It's not whining when you buy a product, expecting the quality you are promised, just to be shafted by a corporation that is fueled by greed, and has an innate disregard for it's consumers. Shame on you ****ers.

The bug still has yet to be fixed...and I heard removing The Wardens Keep DLC only breaks the game..fantastic.

It is really depressing. I love dragon age origins and really starting to like awakening. but this bug is a real disappointment. I remember playing the game and wondered why does the armor and helmet look out of place and the vigilince sword looks like starfang. now i know its a bug there is no way in hell that im uninstalling wardens keep and replaying the game all over again. Cmon bioware this should be a simple fix. not even a lot of dlc considering the fact that dlc armor doesnt even take much data.

I hate it. I refuse to wear the armor and weapon on every playthrough I've done for Awakening - I usually just end up using the Kal'Hirol armor and weapons, instead.
