Two on the front, two on the back? I can only think of three logical places on a krogan. The shoulder and pectoral humps, probably mild anthropomorphism due to competing with asari for males. Mild in that the pectoral humps may more resemble breasts than they would if the asari weren't stealing all the malesdavid46 wrote...

We haven't seen any Krogan females yet. I imagine them to have a slightly more feminine appearance but still sound like someone who smokes 10 packs of cigarettes a day.

This makes no sense at all. Breasts and humps have totally different functions; no matter how you swing it, a hump should never look like a breast, because structure is related to function. They're not analogous structures in the slightest. Breasts produce milk to feed young. Humps store fatty tissue to survive off of if food or water dries up.Solomen wrote...

Furthermore, humps are on the back for several good reasons, not the least of which is weight distribution. Putting heavy humps on the front of an organism which is already weighted to the front is a terrible idea.

For a bipedal creature having a hump on the back is a hindrance. The reason krogan males have such a large hump is because it is a display. A large hump means the male is well fed and strong enough to fight off predators despite carrying all that weight on its shoulders. Having the weight distributed more evenly makes more sense physically.
The males have some fatty build-up on the pectorals if you look, to counter the weight of their humps.
As stated before, krogans merely more closely resemble reptiles. They aren't any more reptillian than asari or quarians are mammalian or turians are avian.
Until something official comes out from bioware anything is possible...

Exactly. At least we could then see what they are supposed to look like instead of guessing. Are they hiding them just to epically unveil them in ME3?

& since Krogans are essentialy reptiles, boobs wouldn't makes much sense.
