I realize in the english language that the 'a' ending or 'ia' ending tends to sound feminine, but are all Asari names ended just so?  Please give me an example of an atypical Asari name.  Thank you.

Thanks for the names too!  I was getting kinda sick of seeing those others, and I forgot about Morinth and never heard of Nyxeris...(I like Nyxeris as a name).

Keeping this zombie thread walking, I'd like to know what the rather common " T' " prefix contracts and means. I'm guessing it may not be quite a simple: "daughter of".

I also want to ask why many Asari names are Arabic (Samara, Shaira, Wasea, etc.). Couldn't find info about the topic elsewhere.

By the way Morinth isn't the real name of Samara's daughter. Samara herself said this so... Here original name appears to have been "Mirala" which she was known as when she initially fled. (It makes sense that she would change her name several times in the centuries she has been on the run from Samara and "Mirala" is more akin to the lore of asari names than "Morinth").

EDIT: My apologies for the necro. I was searching for some lore on asari names for a fan fic and didn't check the date.
