I bought it but have not used it yet. I know it's done from the radial menu instead of inventory unlike the Tomes, but does it respec all skills as well as stats, or just stats. Also, and this is probably a dumb question, you don't actually LOSE any gear correct? I'm assuming it just strips you and places your gear in inventory? Thanks.

It respecs everything except your class. Also yes it strips you.

Thanks. Strips your items into iventory right? Not just makes them poof disappear?
