EnderGDL - PM me with your order number and I'll figure out where it is for you. Overall, we've had many fewer issues this round shipping flat versus either side tube. I think that if we can keep the Lithographs from moving and keep them centered in the Styrofoam this will be the best option.

Also, If you have pictures of the packaging when your Lithograph arrived, in cases that it moved during transit or if it hasn't arrived yet. Please take pictures for you. I'm compiling photos for the warehouse so we can keep improving this process.

If you can ship them the way you are doing now, but with the addition of sliding the "cardboard sandwich" into another box that closes on all sides it would be perfect.

Triple protection... somewhat overkill in my opinion. I do feel that the lithos slide around between the styrofoam (which in turn slides around the cardboard a bit), but I am wondering how expensive it is becoming to ship them so much stuff protecting them. Anyhow, please stop asking for more lithos to come fast. I need time to build up my cash reserves before emptying it on the next batch... Just let the artists take their time and use whatever designs they choose.

From the discussion a few pages ago...I love my Make tee. It's my favorite of what's out, due to the fact that the picture on the back is what really happens in the game.

its not overkill until there are no litho's being damages in transit. Due to their shape and material, its tricky, and the only way to ensure 100% protection is to pack them properly. Two slabs of styrofoam taped together, slid into a proper fitted box that has the dimensions to accommodate the styrofoam would be perfect, and probably cut the damage in transit drastically and at a minimal price increase (one that I would happily pay on my end)

...as long as the additional cost is reasonable.

The $15 goes to more than just server cost.

Either way you wont be paying $15 dollars a month for shipping unless you buy something that requires shipping once a month.  Yes, I know you weren't being serious but I am trying to stay on topic while answering to your complete exaggeration of MMOs.  Don't want to pay $15 a month, don't.  I don't.

Yeah...sorry for the complete tangent...though the conversation i'd like to continue, so PM'ing it shall be Hubb.

And yeah, I'm not one to complain as my Litho's have been delivered mint, but it would be jolly for the B'store to improve yet again upon their Litho-shipping-methods...and I'm very interested in seeing what those methods turn out to be.

A bit anal there tenny but if it helps the store then all the better. I wouldn't even notice half of what you photographed. Anyway, glad you like them and congrats on their arrival.

^anal... lol, word... XD

Well i didn't really know what to take pictures off when it arrived so i had to LOOK for things. Then i could touch and ogle it. I usually wouldn't bother but i saw in the other thread someones litho damaged at the edges and needed replacing.

i wouldn't know how you could improve the shipping w/o increasing the shipping&handling so i did my bit :<

Image IPB I actually had to look it up. Didn't know that this had any other meanings. Image IPB I guess, I still prefer nitpicking (because it also says so in my zodiac, so the word is more familiar).
---

Is there a way to clip the two styrofoams together on four sides? I have seen this once - don't remember where. Another way maybe is to create... small pockets or ears within the foam. My Monet print (not signed of course) was stuffed in something like that. The third way is a sort of foam casket/box. I should take photos next time I receive something similar.

^i think i know what you mean. (if not oops)
Like a rectangle cutout in the sitting-foam layer. so the litho sits inside it. so it wont slip and its protected on all edges? then put the flat styrofoam sheet ontop. like a very flat box with a lid.

Edit: Triangle thingy
Heres my idea. i used an A6 piece of paper for the corners. propbably card is better... with masking tape instead of transparent-sticky tape.(never use plastic material) Bad side is, it requires abit more time and manpower.(faster with paper Guillotine) Also Bad if people dont know how to remove the corners properly ...*cough crazy knife cutters*
dunno.....best test it out first

I'm very excited to receive my Litho's today - all in pristine condition.  Thanks very much Bioware!   I think I had to wait a little longer than most people since they closed the UK airspace.
Still, you don’t want volcanic dust to get on yer Lithos now do you...
As you can see from my pics, your packaging seemed to do the job just fine.  The corners of the cardboard sustained a bit of impact, but the important thing is that the polystyrene protected anything getting through to the Lithos. They were safely and perfectly aligned inside, away from the exposed polystyrene edges. I don’t think they had budged at all during transit.
So, nice one guys. I’m really loving the Collectors litho too. To be honest, I was a bit dubious about buying it initially but I’m 100% glad I did. It’s a really atmospheric scene and the colours are not as dark as they appeared on the website. Image IPBImage IPB

I dunno, having a lithograph dusted with volcanic ash would be pretty cool.

Having a sample of ash from a volcanic eruption = cool. Acquiring awesome Litho's = cool. Getting your art contaminated by foreign evil-ness = not so cool...

I so hope there's a litho of the Normandy SR-1 / Normandy 2 SR-2 and a Mass Relay.  I'd be first in line to buy that one!  Image IPB
