Just grabbed Afterlife since Citadel is already all gone. =( Ive been checking twice a day when I can and still missed out on the citadel. Will look good by the one of Jack I already have.



So, any chances we can get posters available of some of these lithos? The reason I ask is I'd still like to have the art for the citadel at some point and I will probably nerd rage if I miss out on the Tali litho.

5 hours gone and Citadel is out of stock again.  - Maybe I'll get the Collectors lithograph for my birthday, just to complete the set.

Quick question, I got a confirmation email with order number and got charged, but when I check the order on the website it says shopping cart 3 items and the citadel litho is marked $0.00(most likely because it is now out of stock). Is everyone getting this? its almost as if we can go in and edit the order, which I would do because I missed out on the collectors one but i'm afraid if I do ill lose the citadel.

Something like that. The lithos I ordered are in the cart again, but in my case there's no order for them in my account. Got charged + received confirmation mail tho. As mentioned earlier, I'm assuming it's a glitch in the account webpage. Did contact support to make sure everything's ok, but I bet they're fairly busy so I'm not expecting a response today

My order for all four is processed and reads OK according to the order history. Got a chance to grab all of them minutes after they went up.

Oh, and I just noticed how dumb I was not not getting more than one Citadel... I could have traded it for an Illium, plus there are a few people willing to pay rather large sums of money for them. I guess I was too exited to get more than one. Three would have been perfect.

My Citadel is still showing as "pending fulfillment" - Damn this is worrisome.

I assume it will say that until it ships, since it was the same last time the litho pre orders went up, but I'm not positive.

It does this every time for me. Usually stays at Pending Fulfillment for like a week or something, then says shipped, then order completed or some such.



Don't get all freaked out about it, if you hit Submit Order it went through, if you got the email then it'll come.

Well, it's nice to see such excitement over some art among younger people. (So my art teacher would surely say.) Just don't get a heart attack from it, okay? ^.^

LOL, I don't actually like what is traditionally considered art (pictures, paintings, etc.). I can't stand my Humanities class (its an intro to east Asian cultures but so boring and uninteresting). When I think art, I think of deeply designed quality video games with a quality story, music, or movies. But my obsession for Mass Effect makes these lithos just the same beauty as the game is to me. I don't know why, but I love the beauty of the design (example, the Collectors Litho and the lone indivdual staring off in the distance of this seemingly empty but dangerous ship).

Heart attack doesn't describe it... more like a stroke, LOL.

You'll see the pending fulfillment status over the weekend and through the first part of next week. I'll update when I get back home and have a chance to track the 3 Lithographs which are on route.



Also, we are holding back a very small quantity of all lithographs from the last two releases to ensure that everyone who orders one get one in mint condition. Once they have all arrived we will release what we have left.

Yes, although they will be gone virtually instantly after being released, I assume. "Very small quantity" means like 20-30, probably less. I got a previous order in the new flat shipment box and I must say, it will take quite something to damage them.

Please, also tell someone to announce it in the "Mass Effect News and Announcements" forum (http://social.biowar...egory/129/index). Some people there seem sad about missing Citadel again. I feel sorry for them, but at this time, I don't dare to post any link to this forum here.

Sooo with the bioware bizzar thing happening, their giving out afew free lithographs as prizes.
Will there still be a small quantity of lithographs or we're those ones being given away the spares?

Depending on what time you sent the E-mail on Friday, I'd still give it a few days for a response.  After all, it has only been 1 business day; 2 depending on how early on Friday you sent it.

Hellhawx, I just received a reply on my support ticket for the same problem - unfortunately they seem to be unable to find my order in their system :\\ They're supposed to get back to me from another department tho, so perhaps there's still hope.

The Lithographs for the Bizzar are not the same ones that are held back. Also we're are going through all the support cases yesterday and today and will address any lithograph related issues. If you received an order confirmation number that looked like this: (123-BWR456789) you're fine. One we get through the support cases we're start approving orders and they will ship out tomorrow and Thursday.

So then when might you have information about when you will be releasing the small number of remaining lithographs? I'd really like to have a shot at getting some of those.
