Have to correct you, sorry. According to a dictionary, one l (fulfilment) is British English. Two l (fulfillment) for American English is correct.

My order too is still "pending fulfillment". I would imagine they have a lot to ship out though.  I e-mailed customer service, but still haven't heard back.

mine is still pending fulfillment as well, getting a lilttle nervous. I placed my order maybe 5 minutes after those new lithos were up on the bioware store, dont see why mine werent shipped yesterday.

I, too, placed my order for the 'Illusive Man' and 'Citadel' lithographs shortly after they became available on 3/26, and my order status is still marked as Pending Fulfillment. I'm not too worried as I received a "correct" order confirmation number that looked like the one Jedi posted a couple pages back. If I do not receive shipping confirmation on Monday, I'll shoot Customer Support an email to see what the deal is.

Did the numbers on your conformation number exactly match what Jedi posted?  Mine only matched the "-BWR" part.

I'm nervous as well. But we should realize that it's the long Easter Week-End here. I'd wager we give them a break till at least Tuesday the coming week before getting "Really Worried"

Well, there is no way that the numbers would have matched exactly, but the format was the same (i.e. ###-BWR######)

Also keep in mind that on Monday it's Easter Monday and as much as I appreciate the store staff making double shifts to get our orders out... I simply don't want them to. (The 2 a.m. MST already gave me a headache.)

There's no reason to be nervous. If you pre-ordered the Citadel lithograph then it should state on your confirmation email that it ships on April 2nd. I just checked my bank account and the charge for my order went through yesterday, so they're about to fill those orders.

im still pending fulfillment as well even though they recharged my card on April 1rst and still have not gotten a shipment email, sent in a CS email guess i'll find out Tuesday wtf is going on. Hope nonthing screwy is going on, was so pissed when i missed out on the 1rst batch of Citadel lithos made sure i was very quick to grab one of the ones that came out on the 26th.

Keepin the quote alive! ^^  Facepalm worthy, in my humble opinion...figured ascending common numerals gave it away, but at least you serve as a reminder that we all have days like those, Quietriot...no worries.

As far as all you freakin out about these pending fullfillments, calm down...srsly.  I mean, my money's gone from my account and, even though i have a order confirmation email, I have no shipping confirmation, and the bioware stores order history is completley broken for me...but as Star said, the Bioware people have their hands full of eggs and bunnies and what-not, not even mentiong the auction.  Besides, I believe in the Jedi! - you all should too...

I've also yet to recieve any ship notification. Orders still listed as "Pending Fullfillment" on the order tracking page. I guess I'll wait a day or so to send an email considering the holiday. I understand things happen that are beyond their control, sometimes they can't produce results they previously thought they could.



If the website wasn't such a busted mess, it would be more help, but it is a busted mess, so it isn't. All I can trust is an actual ship email with a confirmation number, or word from Jedi or someone else at the store. According to him all the lithos should have shipped days ago, but according to the website and my email inbox, not a thing has happened. Dear lord just give me reliable information.

I was wondering the same thing.  I know from some past orders though only the Post Office itself can track certain numbers (certified and insured packages).

I received one of my orders in mint condition, the other has yet to arrive. It seems that they may be going from low to high this time on the orders - I received #11 out of 400 on The Illusive Man.

Edit: Actually reverse that last sentence. I ordered an extra Illusive Man litho when they were close to being out of stock, so it looks like they are going from high to low.
