By the way Thisisme8, I have to say I appreciate the work you put into your guides. After giving up on Vanguard a while back I said "ill never go with this class", then you came along to help this idiot, and made him a powerhouse heh. Vanguard on insanity runs are now surprisingly fun and not frustratingly impossible.

It's kinda cheap, but that vantage point you have with your CQC infiltrator against the colossus you can edge back to your left and still attack it, (i always use collector beam) while it's unable to hit you since it doesn't move.



I finally finished my engineer insanity run last night, I decided the collector base is my most hated level just due to the fact that Harbinger kept taking over my dominated drones when my team killed him.

From personal experience, both of those don't really help that much on Insanity.  Also, we have a video of a Vanguard charging the Geth Collosus. 

Yes,but the colossus and heavy mechs never use charge attacks.The colossus dont even use his machine gun and the energy blast isnt a real problem.It not even take away the shields.

Two things:

1. The Colossus sometimes does use it's .50 cal when a Vanguard charges it. If it does, the player is probably going to die.

2. The Colossus's energy blast removes shields.

I hope you guys liked my little Sentinel Teaser Video that I posted above...  I'm doing some of the missions right now but before I start making videos for it, do you guys want just straight up gameplay vids or do you mind a little creative liberty in them?  Also, what missions do you want to see and does anyone have any ideas for unique Sentinel builds?  I can start playing around with those after Horizon.

I say focus on gameplay but a little create liberty is fine.

Creative liberty is fine, it's your game.



I say do the typical missions. Garrus loyalty, collector ship, suicide mission etc.



As for build I have no idea bu I'd really like to see one that focuses heavily on intense close range combat to satisfy the Vanguard junkie in me.
