Left Anders, Oghren, and Nathaniel in the Keep.
Saved the city, epilogue said they found Ander's Body with an arrow through his neck surrounded by 100 darkspawn corpses killed by magic.
Oghren died, Felsi cried.
Nathaniel died, avenging his family's name.

Funny... i left Anders and Oghren in the keep as well and in my case Anders lived to become a mage instructor which he did for several years until he got called back to the circle to lecture students, he left the wardens only to return 2 months after, rejoining the ranks of the wardens. Oghren also survived and lived a hero because of a tale telling of how he defended the gate of the vigil against 2 ogre's simultaneously.  Felsi came to see him( with his kid) a few times but because of Oghren inability of ever being serious she eventually stopped coming, Oghren never showed his real feelings towards her or his kid. The only companion that died defending the keep was apparantly Justice in my case.

I spared the Archtect and as a result the blight apparantly truly ended and he was never to be heard of again. Him still being alive appalled the grey wardens in other countries and they hunted him for years, but never found anything. They put this story to sleep entirely imo, giving an ending to allmost everything except Morrigan and my baby :P I bet ill hear more from her/them in the future...

I got a complete 'HAPPILY EVER AFTER' ending which leaves me with no reason to replay again.

It went:

I killed both The Architect and The Mother. I wanted to spare the Architect, but i couldn't think of a SINGLE REASON to let him live. Better the devil you know [Archdemons] I say.

I saved Amaranthine. Most of the citizens survived and the city was rebuilt within a year. Vigil's Keep was rebuilt in 5 years thanks to the economic prosperity from saving the city.

I spared the Darkspawn Messenger, since he did help out. He lived on helping people though there was the occasional Darkspawn sickness.

Velanna was possibly killed in the keep - a wall was breached and collapsed on her, but there was nothing there.

Sigrun never died, so she experienced her 'calling' early.

Justice did not stay on as a Warden, since there was nothing to do. So he went off righting various wrongs and one day showed up at Aura's doorstep, smiled, and died. She had a body to bury and the spirit moved on... back to the Fade, probably.

Nathaniel survived the loss of the keep, his nephew became a Warden Commander, and thus the Howe's were redeemed.

Anders left back to the Circle, but came back and stayed because he liked being a Warden after all.

Oghren survived the battle somehow, and became a hero.

I protected the Farmers, so they regarded the Warden-Commander as a big hero.

THE ANTIVAN CROWS STOLE MY DAMN SWORD, VIGILANCE! I'm sure that means we'll see the sword again since it got it's own fricken ENDING SLIDE. Still, I was annoyed that my signature weapon got taken away... but I guess I'll never use it anyway.

I returned to my duties as Prince-Consort, went back to Denerim a hero [again] and Anora couldn't supress a smile at my return. Loghain also told me to hurry up and make some heirs in his cameo.

That said, I dissappeared one day and never returned. But no one imagined my story was done...

All in all a very happy ending.

Is there a better ending for Sigrun then her mysteriously disppearing one night to "Finish what she started"?

I guess there is stillno one here who went through joining and had 100 approval with her.

But I am very curious about Morrigan - is there someone who was romancing her? In that case - was there any notice about her in the epilogue?

I'm surprised there was nothing about the Circle of Magi in the ending. I didn't complete the Ines the Botanist quest since I couldn't find the plant she needed. That doesn't seem to have had any repercussions though.

My epilogue also mentioned I go looking for Leilana before disappearing. That surprised me since I romanced Morrigan and got her to pretty high approval while I barely spoke at all to Leilana. I guess rejecting the Dark Ritual breaks off that relationship for good.

Hmm. good point.  The Circle splitting is a pretty big thing... should have been mentioned..

Lets see.
Human noble female.  demon child so both she and Alistar lived. romanced him, but kept Anora queen.
Anora was at the start of the game.

I sent troops to the feilds. (City has guards/walls, merchants can afford escorts.  everyone needs food.)
Peasants revolted anyway for some reason.  And with 4/4 persaude and 80+ cunning, still had to open the granary to prevent having to kill them...   Which lead to the ending which for some reason, "peasents suffered in Aratmine, and being too soft the first time, the second revolt needed to be put down harsher"    right...
Constripted Alec the sheepherder who formed his own knights in the end.
Had the desterter bring her family to the keep. (no noted epilogue for that)
Fully upgraded the keep, and the soliders.
The keep held and did not fall.
The upgraded soldiers formed their Knights of the silver hand. or something like that.

I left my strongest companions at the keep, and then stayed to defend the city personally.   Seemed obvious.
forifited keep shouldn't need me personally.

I executed the messenger after he helped me.  however, the epilogue had him go vigilantee helping people anyway.  Which doesnt make any sense, of course.

Killed both mother and architect.    They are corrupt, and all need to be put down.

Did not do sigruns personal quest.   Never saw Velas random encounter.

Got the, ara rebounded in 1 year, fort in 5.
Anders killed 100 darkspawn, lived and got drunk, went to the circle for 2 months and came back.
Ogrhen, wrote letters to his kid, and lived of course.
Sigurn got depressed.  (Took her with me)
Vala. uh went off looking for her sister in teh dark roads. iirc. (took her with me)
Nat.  saved my bro.  Got a piece of land for it.
Justice died.  (not sure why, he was 100, and I had taken him to see Aura.)

Humans and Dalish around the woods hate each other.
No mention of me "promising to return the favor" to the guy whom's land I gave away due to legal documents with Howe.

My warden, dissappeared with Alistar a few years later for unknown reasons appearently.
But some reports of the two having been seen in royal court, etc prior to having vanished.

Left with Sten... really, that's my favorite ending! :P

But seriously, I attacked Amaranthine and helped it with Oghren, Nathaniel and Sigrun. Had faith in the granite walls and Wade's silverite armors. Shamefully, my big big friend Justice (possibly the most interesting new party member) got beheaded :(

I managed to get all the companions through alive.

Saved the city but I had the keep fully upgraded, had the silverite armor made for the soldiers which later inspires the Silver Order, and the tunnels blocked with the big door.

I left the first three companions you get at the keep. So Oghren almost dies but survives and becomes a hero. Anders lived, and left for a little while but then he came back to the Wardens. Nathaniel lived and later he saved Fegus Cousland's from a bandit attack, so it was a pretty good thing I recruited him because he saved my brother's life!

As for who I took with me, Sigrun wants to go do her calling but apparently I kept coming up with jobs for her to do so she kept putting it off for years. Velanna disappeared to find her sister. Justice visited Aura a lot but she got upset so he left the body behind for her and probably went back to the fade.

Lot's of interesting little stuff happened, like my awesome sword was stolen.

My main character went back to Denerim to return to her husband and duties as Queen of Ferelden, but for some reason after a few years she disappears to go on more adventures! Alright! Spousal abandonment! Oh well, didn't bother me but I am sure that ending upset a few people who wanted a happy ending for FemWarden and Alistair.

I replayed twice with 2 different endings so far. First ending was saving both Amaranthine and Vigils Keep. After siding with the Architect and killed the Mother, Velanna first gone with the Architect right after the war ended, then couple space back the game says she remained in Vigils Keep and then one day just simply disappeared (I know, it's so buggy). I spared the darkspawn messenger’s life; it ended up lurking around and spreading darkspawn disease. Oghren became a hero after surviving the battle, Sigurns ran into dead road, I on the other hand left Vigils Keep to chase after Zervan (in Origins it was happily ever after for me and Zervan in Vigils Keep ><).

Second play through ended with I killed both the Architect and the Mother, saving both cities, Oghren became hero, Sigurn reorganized the Legion, and the darkspawn messenger that I killed was alive and spreading the disease (I think this is a bug, or regardless what my action is, it will still be alive). Velanna “died” in the battle of Vigils Keep (buried actually, but with no body to be found). Justice remained in touch with Krisoff’s wife till one day he’s just gone from the body because she refused to see him anymore. My sword was stolen by the Crows and I went chasing after Zervan.

Pssst, Bioware, fix your typo in the end.

Oh, and how can I forgot about Anders! The ending is same for both play through, he remained in Vigils Keep, left for 2 month after the Circle asked him to do a paper or something on the Architect, then he came back and never left. I hope I didn't forget anyone....

Yes.  My character left for Orlais to chase some "dark haired sorceress"

I took Justice with me to the City, and he doesn't die. I'm getting the impression he dies if you leave him at the Vigil.

Speaking of Justice: I cannot find Aura anywhere to complete his personal quest. I've searched that entire city several times now.

Took Velanna, Justice and the dwarf chick with me to Amaranthine and defended it, Anders, Oghren and nathaniel defended the keep, no one died. Oghren just got knocked out but woke up a few weeks later.

(the dwarf chick went for her calling, and Justice left kristoffs body (I think this is because I didnt take him to his wife))

I was especially happy with Velannas ending because she changed her opinions about humans and that was one of my goals.

Fully upgraded my keep, so figured it would survive. And yup, it did. It held for weeks until finally the darkspawn horde broke and fled. Justice "died" right at the end as the victory call sounded, I'm wondering if its bugged though since even helping him with Aura and 99+ approval he was only "warm". And we know what a ****ing buggy mess this game is.

Sigrun left for her calling, possibly because the game bugged and I couldnt do the companion quest. Vellana headed off on her own to chase her sister, again a bug prevented her companion story.

Anders killed waves of darkspawn and was actually made a tutor of the circle much to the Templars horror. He ended on "love" rating with my chracter.

Oghren stayed as a valued Grey Warden telling young recruits of his valor and playing dirnking games. Also took a role in his childs life.

Nathaniel became a hero, saved Fergus Couslands life later and was rewarded with a new estate. When he died a statue was made of him.

Vigils keep survived though it took five years to repair (bug, it suggests it burnt down when it says the city was saved but a whole new scene describes the keep beating back the darkspawn) and became a bastion of highly trained Silver Guard with a strong core of Grey Wardens due to a huge influx of recruits.

The farms burned but people came back to settle quickly.

My sword got stolen, Alec the dude who stole the bread became a hero. I was celebrated as a leader but eventually called back home due to unknown reasons.

I think three of my companion ratings got fubared, with two so badly bugged I could never get their personal quests. So ignoring those my ending was 100% happy.

Oh, other Wardens in other lands were pissed with me for letting the Architect go, but he did keep his word and the Dark Riads are quieter then remembered.

Oh and dwarves took back the smith city permanently though at great cost, I was an honoured guest to help exonerate the casteless who defended the city. Apparently Sigrun returned to Ka'Hirol to follow her calling.

Oh, and the messenger darkspawn I spared became a cloaked hero...though random reportings of blighted humans appeared as well. Role on the dark story of a twisted hero whos desire to help the downtrodden ways against the fact his very presence is poison.

Huh ho I didn't read a damn thing and got the happy ending. Sent soldiers to defend everything, yet fully upgraded their equipment and the walls. Took Oghren, Velenna and Nathaniel with me to save the city, spared the disciples and sided with the architect. Everyone lived, everything worked out good, alec became the man!

I really wonder how the game could recognise that I wanted to go with Leliana near the end of origins, while having loaded a save before that....also found it curious that my lightning/spirit mage killed the mother with lightning in the cinematic 0_o

Overall the game had a quite sad ending, I did not send any guards to protect the city or farms thus remaining the full number,,,and had all upgrades, I left Velanna, Justice and Sigrun there who all vanished or died...........

I'm really puzzled about the timeline though,

maybe the ending changes when you go alone ( or with two)?

I guess there is stillno one here who went through joining and had 100 approval with her.[/quote]I had Sigrun at 100 approval rating, had her as a Grey Warden, and she still went to her calling. I don't think there's meant to be a happy ending for her.

There will be at least one more expansion before DAO2 so "main character goes away to unknown place" ending is hint something will happen to him/her or the country itself. Or maybe we will get prequel. But I don't think we will see Morrigan in expansions because there has to be continuation of story between first part and second part independent on expansions.

As far as I can tell the Blight is over so our enemy will be someone different than darkspawn in next story.

Saved the city, the keep fell. Architect killed. The mother killed. Justice "died" at the keep, Velanna was presumed dead but body was never found. :S, Nathaniel lived. Sigrun lived. Oghren lived. Anders lived.

Saved the city. I knew I'd provided well for the Keep, but even if it fell it could be re-garrisoned, whereas Amarantine couldn't be re-stocked with citizens. The keep did hold out, although Justice died, Anders lived and Sigrun's fate was unclear.

Right the following happened for me;

Saved Amaranthine,

Let the Architect live (was a bad decision in hindsight.)

Anders lived and stayed with the wardens.

Nathaniel lived and saved Fergus one day, got some land back from him and gave it to his nephew.

Valenna stayed for a while with the wardens but left one day.

Justice got killed at the defence of Vigil's Keep. I felt this was appropriate as Kristoff's wife could finally bury the body.

Oghren survived and stayed with the wardens but wrote often to his child.

Sigrun just left one day one day to return that thaig which name escapes me and "finish what she started", I think it was because I let the Architect live, she was pissed about that.

And the Warden's now on his way to Orlais to find Morrigan.

Overall, I'm happy with my ending, just regret letting the Architect live, I've read the Calling and I knew I should have shanked him, but he was so.. persuasive!

Guess I had a "happy" ending as everyone says: Protected the City, took Valanna, Justice and Sigrun and left at Vigil Keep Anders, Nathaniel, and Oghren. Epilogue stated: Anders killed wave of darkspawn single handely left for circle then came back to keep, Oghren took on 2 Ogre alone passed out from blood loss woke up praise for heroics, Nathaniel defended his familys home then left for adventure - his nephew become a warden commander, Justice appeared before(after defeating more injustices) Aura later smiling then left the body of Kristoff to be burried, Valanna defended a city and came to hate humams less(my story she and my character didn't get along b/c I killed the Architect and she never saw her sister again) Sigrun left to find her calling, My character left to find Morrigan after sometime whether I did or not has yet to be discovered~

All in all no one died City of Amarathine saved Vigils Keep rebuilt
