Along the same lines of the DLC content not being transferable. I was looking at the Dragon Age Awakenings Wiki, and it pointed out that if you're wearing DLC armor when you import your new character, the armor won't transfer, but the stats will. They'll become a permanent part of your character's attributes. That's good if your armor increases your strength, dexterity, etc. But it's bad if you're wearing heavy armor with 30% fatigue. I guess that explains why my warrior character can't wear massive armor without 70% fatigue.
Kind of a bummer to build a tank who, in the end game, can't wear tank armor. Someone might want to look at that.

I've done some pretty extensive searching on the boards and I'm glad I'm not the only one with this issue. I have the PC version and have the same issue...so I't pretty obvious if you 360 guys and gals are getting it, it's code related...
I reported this to EA support on 3-17-10 and kinda got a "hey we know about it but the dev team hasn't announced plans to fix it." I can't imagine that's the case now with so many coming forth with the same issue...
Mr. Lang, if you're still watching this post, I hope your team can fix this and send out a patch. Kinda sucks to have to look at your character the whole way through an expansion and see writing on their forehead for no reason. It really takes away from the astetics of our character...

My character did not have a tattoo at all in Origins, just when I switched to Awakening he suddenly did, and not even a cool one, someone wrote on his face with a Sharpie: Legacy Tattoo Asset DO NOT USE!!!Michael Lang wrote...

My character never had any tattoo in Origins at all ever I can post a picture of her tattooless face if that helps

You must first upload the picture to a site like Imageshack or Photo bucket - once you're on the site I believe it's quite simple to upload. Then click on Share picture and use one of the codes (forums layout one I think, or maybe direct URL... I always forget
), and just copy and paste it in your post.

My real question is why in awakening, does one character make a reference to it, making a joke about the grey warden's initiation "sounds like a good way to end up naked on a road with a tattoo on your forehead." Sounds to me like this was a prank.

Hmm, can anyone grab me a pic before you imported into Awakenings? If it's not a tattoo it might be any other skin graphic and knowing what was selected in Origins will give me a good base to reproduce the problem at my end. Thanks in advance for any help you can give.

My character had no tattoos at all, anywhere on his body. (Well, I guess he could have had some in his bathing suit area, but I didn't check, and I certainly didn't put them there.)
The only other possible skin graphic I can think of is one of those chin beards. But considering the female characters pictured here who didn't have beards, but still had the tattoo, that seems pretty unlikely. Unless the female characters used to be in the circus or something.
Also, my character had brown hair and skin tone that most closely resembled Erruk's character. I can't be sure the hairstyle is the same, but it's certainly similar. But again, there seem to be lots of different hairstyles, hair colors, and skin tones represented. .

I would send you a picture of My DA:O character but my xbox has died so until it is fixed. She had no tattoos or graphics on her face, and wore darker makeup. I will try to post a picture soon

This bug seriously dampens people's mood when going through the gameplay. I didnt pay money just to see the hero of ferelden fighting darkspawn with a " Legacy tattoo asset, do not use" on his face. someone should really get it fix

I have the tattoo as well, I don't know if I will be able to post a pic of of my character before and after but I certainly will try. It is sad the first character I transferred through did not have this problem. I think it has something to do with Downloadable content since I had downloaded only one add on (Warden's Keep) before and she went through fine but now that I have shelled out some money for Stone Prisoner and Return to Ostegar...btw some of the stuff from Ostegar transferred over...Unexpected but not worth the unwanted facial tattoo.

My copy of the game is on PS3 but I am thinking now it might be a skin tone or maybe "blush" for lack of a better word issue since her skin tone has gotten lighter since the transfer....as far as them not caring, I hope you are wrong. I love the game but if they can't handle fixing a bug then I am not sure if I can handle giving them more money.
