Supposedly this was fixed in patch 1.04, but it is still on my toon. I reinstalled Origins, then Awakenings, then I ran the patch. No change, and I'm pretty disappointed. This was my favorite character, and no way I could play her again looking at that stamp on her forehead

Same problem here. Never had a tatoo. As soon as I activated DLC. I had this stamp all over the face. Extremely annoying.
