Delete quest with the toolset?

Hello i can delete a complete quest from my completed quests list in the game?

I am a human noble and i have know in my complete quests a quest called Of Noble BIrth,that quest is for the noble dwarf.The game has a bug.

And i ask you i could use the toolset to delete the specific quest from my game? And please tell me how.
