Well, I've found plenty of masterpiece and paragon level runes for armor, but none for weapons. do the weapons just stay at grandmaster, then?

I found a Masterpiece Fire rune for a weapon, so the higher tier weapon runes exist. I assume they go up to Paragon, as well.
