This is the first time I see that window, I really can't understand what's wrong but it made my game crash.

Is there an option to repair installation? I think you can reinstall and save all your game saves and stuff. Try that.

I don't know, does someone know if there is a repair feature?
Maybe it exists but it seems I can't manage to find it.
From what I understood it seems thar an animation file is missing, maybe someone could make a copy of his and send it to me.

The game assets tend to be packed away in .upk files, and I have no idea which one that animation would be in. I'd recommend trying a re-install. Just make sure you're patched first and/or use the EA Deauthorization Tool so you don't lose an activation; and back up your saves (My Documents\\Bioware\\Mass Effect\\Save) first, though I think the uninstall should leave them be.
