Nathaniel and the elf mage never got their 3rd spec point and without the command console there is no way for me to add one. I think the Combat Tweaks mod may have caused this, but I'm not entirely sure. I tried the Dragon Age Beguiler mod to add a spec point, but for some reason all the talents the mod adds require lvl 99.
If anyone knows how to use Beguiler or knows another way to add a spec point let me know.
Is there a way to fix the no third specialization problem?

Got the same problem. I've disabled addons and even reloaded my character and leveled him to 22 again just to see if i'd get it and it's not working.

I ended up figuring out Beguiler (I was being dumb). You can add a spec point with it to "fix" the problem.
I think it is the Combat Tweaks mod since the characters that hit 22 after I installed the mod did not get the third point. I do like the mod otherwise though.
