I just defeated the queen of the Blackmarsh..and you know how that green
barrier thing is should be gone? well....it isn't for me, so i can't
get out of the area where i fought her! Has anyone else encountered
this?? And i dont want ot restart..because i didnt save it while i was
playing (im on the xbox version)

So the barrier does not drop when you after you kill the electro-dragon? That will be something for us to look into then.

Count me in as another. I also have the armor issue, have had other paths blocked by "invisible walls" and whatnot.
I really hate to sound rude, but was this game even play tested? I haven't had issues with any of Bioware's products up until now.

Similar problem, I just came out of the fade and justice joined my group, ive taken out all the gates i can find but the gate i came through to reach this area is shut and there is an area showing three desire demons thats still blocked off, all my exits are blocked and im currently running around checking the area but coming up empty.
Correction, dont know whats happened but im now able to open the gate, i did reload the game so that might have been what fixed my problem, still not sure about those desire demons but im happy its letting me through now.
Not to go off topic but why is there a character limit, i can only make one more character to play in Awakening because of this and memory units dont seem to have enough space.

In my playthrough there was a green mist that looked like a blocked fade gate or that wall you drop with the dragon bones but I was able to walk through and kill the demons anyway. Did you try or just assume it was like the others? I was a bit surprised when it worked.

I am having the same problem. I also started w/ a new character and after killing the darkspawn outside the keep it jumped to the joinings skipping the opportunity to obtain the other two party members

I was about to click the Quest point by the dragon skull, behind the broken wall, for the Lovers quest ( I assume as I didn't get to click on it) and suddenly got a loading screen and the dragon fight started. I have defeated the dragon but the fade wall is at the bottom of the path off the mountain top. I am guessing the dragon should not of triggered at this time as I have pretty much just arrived in the area: only found one dragon tooth so fa. I had checked Kristoff's cot, and then found and followed the clue back to the dragon skull for the Lovers quest. Also I had triggered the Fade quest just before finding Kristoff's camp, but haven't done any objectives yet.
Another glitch I ran into, when i talked to Oghren in the courtyard of Vigil's keep, sorry I don't remember all he rambled about lol, but it was drunken speech and he falls over at the end, this glitched me out by the windmill, i could run about on the grass terrain and the area just outside the keep where I started the game. However where the gate was into the keep courtyard, I ran into an invisible wall. Reloading didn't help, I had to listen to his speech inside the Keep "throne room" to avoid the glitch.

So here's something I discovered while re-playing from an older save:
The dragon encounter should only happen once all bones are collected and installed in the skull. In my glitched saved, I hadn't even seen the skull. The barrier falls to ALLOW you to fight the dragon, not after it dies.
It seems that in some cases, the encounter will happen without completing the skull.
