If this is what the DLC entails, then BioWare have come up with the ultimate masochism for Liara fans.
You get to pay money to play a DLC where Liara's character is further assassinated and turned into something wretched.

Liara: "Yay we found the Shadow Broker! Let's kill him!"

Shadow Broker: "Blarg I am dead."

Shepard: "Alright that's over, you got your revenge, now come with me."

Liara: "No I am the Shadow Broker now! I have power! UNLIMITED POWER! HAHAHAHA!"

Shepard: "-_-;"

This could not be more true. It simply could not.

Mass Effect Redemption The series will be released in four parts and
examines the events leading up to Mass Effect 2. The Comics is Connected
to the Main Storyline Of The Game .

I'm pretty sure that
Miranda Lawson met Liara T'Soni in Mass Effect Redemption .

And
I'm pretty sure that i took Miranda a punch of times while meeting with
Liara .

Does anyone have a valid hypothesis on this
one ?

The same reason that taking Tali and Garrus evict no response- the devs got lazy with Liara

I recall hearing a conversation between Garrus and Tali on the Citadel , and there is another one while doing a side mission called A Crime On Progress ... well you'll hear it if you had Tali and Garrus .
It's confusing , i don't really know why they ignored this part  ( conversations between Miranda and Liara ) .

It's pretty simple, really.  IF you go with what has been said about Kasumi's content.

Basically, the devs have said, in response to the complaints about paying money for cut content, that the cut files on the disc were cut for a reason, they changed directions late in the development cycle.  So those files for Kasumi won't ever see the light of day.

So the cut files for Liara seem to suggest the same thing -- this was the original direction for LiLi to go in, then they changed it late.  Either to not spoil the comic, or because the comic went in a different direction entirely.  Many of us Liarasexuals (alternate title BBG-lovers, ie Beautiful Blue Goddess, but that's neither here nor there) consider the final reunion scene to be more than a bit rough, and that's a likely reason.  (Seriously, you can see the spackle on the drywall of that scene.  Shepard would try to ask a few more questions around the listening devices, or possibly even ignoring them if he/she doesn't care.  Plus we need a 'hug' option but that's our obsession talking, just smile, nod and drop it :P.)  So obviously if they had to rush the scene, dialogue for party members would be likely to suffer, too.  Or the team wasn't aware of the... scratch that, they had to be, Mac Walters wrote the story for the comic.  But the rush aspect still fits.

So I think that whatever we do get is going to be highly modified from what is on the disk.  It'll also tie into the comic, like announcements have hinted at, and with any luck it'll have what LiLi lovers want desperately -- a couple of lines of dialogue on topic, and Shepard not sitting there like a lump when she pretty much tells Shep she loves him/her on that one tag.  (It's pretty much a new piece of canon, in my eyes, from the comics:  either Liara loves Shepard like an extremely close friend or she loves Shepard period.  It's about the only explanation for her actions to recover Shep's body.)

Oh, and ... Pryce, I think you've noticed some people are a little touchy about these files on the Liara thread.  And I might not be purely because I've discounted them.  So... probably best not to bring it up there again?

We just don't like how they started this. This is the aspect many people are condemning the most. This portion of the game is a horrible job of hack writing that only shows the contrived nature of trying to force "dark" and "edgy" where it doesn't belong and according to what we heard in these audio files its not getting any better and I didn't say Liara's destiny is inevitable but we can see where they're taking this ( This was my personal point of view ) .
We were on edge because of what's happening to Liara , Then checking the review Mass Effect Redemption Issue 4# cover says " To Find A Hero , Another Must Be Lost " ( They want it to end this way )
Bioware seriously needs to address this major **** up with character continuity or there respected label as good storytellers will take a major hit. Such continuity errors are not only pathetic, but they show a complete lack of talent when they are at this level.

This game was about making choices, YOUR choices and now they're forcing us into a one way street . Whatever we said and we discussed before didn't matter to them they're planing this whether we like it or not .
What i used to like about BioWare was " They build the roads . They give you the car , BUT you are the one turning the wheel " .

" We have so much we can discuss with the developers , If we only knew they're listening ? "
Fans satisfaction is no longer their concern .

I wasn't aware of the influence this subject has on Liara's fans , until i posted it because hearing these audio files affected me deeply and
apparently i wasn't the only one .

We will try to keep it tight ^_^
