Anyone think of what might be under the mask?
I made my best bet:
Anyone got something better?

It would have been perfect if you added:
"If I must have tear you apart Shepard, I will!"

Judging by the quarian skeleton you can find in the game their faces are probably nearly identical to human faces.

I think they'll look similar but have different quirks, like maybe a little more reptilian? I do wonder if they'd have hair under those suits...probably not. Pale white skin seems likely since they wouldn't be getting any sun. they'll probably be similar but still different. Like halfway between the difference between a human and and asari and a human and a drell.

They might look human. Hopefully it's not a space elf.
I have other guesses, I'll be posting a new video that has several of my best estimates. >

It's that mission where you save the crashed quarian survivor. I think you get access to the cluster by buying a star chart.
It's the one where you have to defend the quarian as varren attack her. If you look near her there is a quarian skeleton. It looks human, except you can see that it has quarian hands/feet.

quarians atm have faces similar to humans, there is a concept art from me1 of tali whitout mask, still most quarian faces are not rendered, just "placeholders" to show some pfrofile under the mask glass
again in me1 tali had an huge nose and purple skin, in me2 the proportions are indeed human ones (no more huge nose) just the skin is purple/dark purple and they got glowing eyes, there are lot of quarians in this game and is not hard to glitch behind their mask with some poisitioning...
so yup, they are a sort of space dark elves

If I had to take a guess, I think Quarians might look similar to the Draenei (from the Warcraft games), except without the horns, head tendrils, and hooves. An example:

I said it in the tali thread and I'll mention it here. I'm very convinced that what we see at the top of Tali's head through her mask and some pass off as hair looks to me to be more like forehead ridges like those of the Klingons from Star Trek.
There's one scene in particular when you first talk to tali and she takes you over to the mass effect core, it's a frontal shot but slightly off to the side, having watched it a couple times I'm pretty confident I can make out at least 3 forehead "ridges" it might be more visible on the computer sense I didn't/couldn't see it when I played it on the xbox, it was only after I got the game for the pc that I could make out the "ridges"
It also sort of explains Grunt's comment about Quarians and having to work the blade a little. At first I attributed this to having to get through the suit, but if I think of Quarians like Klingons, they were notoriously hard to kill in Star Trek, then that comment makes even more sense to me.
Then again, maybe I'm off my rocker.. but meh

Yes, but an adorable Klingon...or the Taliband will get pissed off. And you don't want that or they'll drop the D at the end and go 911 on you.

Odds are Quarians are likely quite similar to humans if the skeleton in game is any indication, although I'm rather interested in the fact the average Quarian apparently only has about ten ribs and two per side are basically large plates (this could be blamed on a rather low detail model or a lazy modeler, who is normally going to investigate a piece of game scenery anyway?). I do have to admit if Quarians turn out to be space elves I'd more than a wee bit annoyed but I could easily see Bioware doing it just to sit back and watch tali funs burst into flames.
